A lot of bang for your buck.
I LOVED this light. (Yes, past tense. Keep reading). I'm a light/flashlight geek. Have more than I can count. This Shining Buddy light is very well made and designed. It's bright and the four different flashing modes are useful. Easy to click on/off and to the different modes while cycling at 20 mph plus. It's not my main light when riding at night, but thank god I had it in my back pocket one night when my main headlight died. It's not as bright as the $70 primary light (it's not supposed to be for only $13), but I strapped my Buddy onto the handlebars and made it home safely. I bought it mainly as a daytime "running light," as drivers are becoming more and more distracted and I've almost been hit a couple times recently. So my next time out in the middle of the day, I "clipped" the Buddy to my small under-the-seat tool pack and put it on a blinking mode. I could tell the difference as cars didn't rush up on me as quickly and seemed to give me a slightly wider berth when passing. When I got home 40 miles later, I was heartbroken to discover that somewhere my Buddy had fallen off. ARRRGGHHHH ! I thought it was on securely, but thinking back to my route, I went over RR tracks four times, as well as a few rough, bumpy roads. But that's on me, not the product. The strap keeps the light on tightly and securely, but I wasn't able to use it in this instance of where I put the light. The integrated clip is also good (it's hard rubber, not cheap plastic), I just had it hanging on a thin piece of reflecting fabric. Finally, I love that it's rechargeable and really appreciate the thick and secure flap that covers the charging port. Don't want rain and splatter to get into it while it's on the bike. There's a lot of bang for $13-14 in this light. I already have recommended it to other cyclists and eventually will be buying not one, but two more (white and red) on my next big Amazon order. Thanks for making a good, tough light.

Brilliant little light.
Extremely bright and easy to operate. USB charging means that there is no need to change batteries. I have on rapid blinking mode when running at night. It helps to clear the way from texting zombies.

It's good for it's price, but blinds me due to lack of focus.
The light is good (and light!) for it's price, however it's not focused and tends to blind myself. A small cap or hood attached to it should definitely solve the problem, but it's hard to attach to such a tiny thing. It has a thread, but it doesn't help much if you don't have a matching hood.

Super bright, nice for the cost.
I boght this light to replace a broken light as my 'be seen' light. It worked great for the week and a half I had it, it's really bright for its size, and the usb charges it quickly. The problem for me, which keeps it from being 5 stars is the hook for the rubber band is too shallow and it unclasps too easily. You see, I like to attach it to the strap on the front of my messenger bag to keep my bars less cluttered with things and apparently it doesn't hold well enough for that. Honestly though, I tried putting it on my handlebars and it seemed a little loose too. Anyway, I lost it last night on the subway train. I'm guessing my bag must've rubbed against someone or something and it must've popped off somewhere. I'm debating whether to buy another, since it's half the cost of the old light that it replaced. I probably will, it is a pretty bright light. I think I can modify the hook to hold tighter.

A good product that has so far lasted on a few trips I've taken to and from home and so forth. That is always a concern with bike lights... longevity. It's a quick and easy hold and release, so if you don't want to leave your lights on while away, you can take these off quite quickly -- a nice feature. Perhaps not the brightest lights on the road, but I just wanted something affordable, lasting, and will provide a reasonable amount of road safety, so that drivers or passers by will notice me. It does the job. I like the blinking feature, but the flashing is too much for me and I find distracting, but perhaps that's just a personal preference/observation. Leaving the standard beam on seems to still do the job at night in a busy and trafficed city, still. I'd recommend this product!

Five Stars
Arrived on time and in good condition. Lights are bright and easy to use! EDIT: The light stopped working and did not work after plugging it in with the USB and charging all night. Not sure what the problem is. This company seems to have good customer service, so hopefully they will respond and I can change my rating back to 5 stars.

Design flaw
The USB charger port disconnected within the unit and after the last charge ran out, it was useless. Prior to that, it had been a decent light, but I like the Super Bright Bike Light better.

Bright affordable rechargable bike light
Very bright, easy to attach, and affordable. I'm not sure how long it lasts before recharging because I haven't used it for long periods of time yet, but it says up to 5 hours, and even though that isn't that long, I personally am never biking for that long in the dark. I'm happy with this purchase so far!
