I’m very pleased with the Quality of the WE Games Wood Box. It has a nice stain finish, beautifully lined inside with velvet, nice size and a great latch. Very reasonably priced and it is as described and was well packed and delivered on time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wood box to store items like jewelry, keys, trinkets etc

I bought the "Old World Wooden Treasure Box" to solve a problem and it works like a charm! I have to use three different remotes for my TV. They look tacky lying all over the couch. They also slide easily under the couch cushions. The wooden treasure box is the perfect size to house all my remotes in one place and look nice doing it. The box is well made. It's a nice warm brown. It has a felt-like lining on the inside and on the bottom, which is helpful. The latch and the hinges are firmly attached to the box. I only had one complaint. There is a very small nick on the front. It appeared that the nick had to be there before the box was packaged in China. The nick is small, but shows up because it's a lighter color than the rest of the box. If I'd bought the box in a store, I'd have asked for one without nicks. If this nick were bigger, I'd have returned the box. But the thought of repackaging and returning this box and then hoping the new one didn't have some other problem discouraged me from the hassle of exchanging it. Upon reading some of the other reviews, I have one other complaint. Another reviewer said she paid $25 for this box on the 4th of December. I bought it December 10. I paid $31.95 which was listed as a discount from the "regular" price of "34.95." I do not appreciate this kind of price manipulation.

Really nice wood box! Nicely made and lined-shipped and arrived quickly.

I am very happy with my purchase of this box. It has a clever hinge design that stops the lid from flopping all the way open. Also, the latch has three detent positions, closed, half open, and open. The outside bottom has a moleskin covering to prevent scratching furniture. The inside bottom has a moleskin covering also.

I tend to read reviews before buying any AZ items over $20. I hesitated ordering this box, due to a couple of reviews that mentioned a foul smell (I am very sensitive to smells). I took a chance and am glad I did. I don't doubt anyone else's experience, but mine was very different. No bad smell, nice looking wood and hardware for the price ... plus, the perfect size for my needs. Mine box actually looked nicer than the AZ image - when does that ever happen? The price was barely more than "decorative" cardboard boxes of similar size - and even less expensive than a few! I'm quite impressed, so much that I'm considering ordering another to have on hand, for some future use, like maybe a fancy gift box.

Easy, simple, perfect. I keep my watches and other bits in here, the lining keeps them from getting scratched or scuffed. It fits four watches side by side, or about twelve if you stack them with some cloth between them. The swing latch is great, moved it around to be sure it could survive at least one drop and it stayed closed.

This is a very nice product. Beautiful wood and sturdy. Large enough to hold keepsake documents. Would make a very thoughtful gift. Prompt delivery too.
