You are paying that price for a piece of plastic cover. No switch or pipe just a tiny peice of plastic.

I bought this for my new kitchen sink and it’s amazing will never be buying it again or from anywhere else. Very aesthetically pleasing and matches everything. It works great and have had not issues with it. Easy to install or so my husband said 😂
