These are way cool and strong enough to stand up to quite a number of books. The pattern is engaging and the bookends themselves are very nicely constructed. This product gets my highest recommendation, superior on many fronts, appearance, functionality and a tremendous price. I will buy more of them as needed since most of my books have been packed away in boxes and I am slowly starting to bring them up again with the hopes that quite soon there will not be an open space anywhere in the house. Long live books!!!!!

I bought these for a few different book uses throughout our house. They work for children’s books, adult books and graphic novels. They offer a nice design that doesn’t cover the entire book but also doesn’t draw attention away. They are very sturdy, and have been holding a variety of differently weighted books. I haven’t had any issues with slipping or knocking over. I’ve bought multiple sets so far because I’m so pleased with how they hold up.
