Keeps IBS at bay and good gut health
I have had IBS for most of my life. I like to joke that I know where every bathroom is in central MN! Since taking good quality calcium and good probiotics I haven't had an episode in maybe 8 yrs. Maybe I'm cured but I continue to take both these supplements especially the calcium for osteopenia and I believe we all need pre/probiotics for a good gut. I like the idea that these are refrigerated to maintain quality. Hope this review is helpful especially to people struggling with IBS. It's aweful and embarrassing. Taking calcium and probiotics (now pre and probiotics) was life changing for me and I stumbled on this totalally by accident.

Best Ever
This is the best probiotic that I have ever used. So glad someone once accidentally sent it to me instead of what I ordered (not this seller!). That got me started. High quality and really agrees with me!!!

Very helpful
It seems to me that I'm doing much better with these probiotics. I've had issues with digestion and constipation for a number of years and this helps very much. I have recommended this and will continue to take them myself.

Strong Offense to Antibiotics
My sister recommended these as they are both a pre & probiotic. I've not had a good start to the year. January was 2 weeks on doxycycline for an abscess before oral surgery followed by an immediate cold, turned infection and another round of very strong antibiotics. I feel these definitely helped my body maintain it's balance during and after the second strong round of antibiotics. I continue to take these on a daily basis in improving my health. Pre & Pro. Be proactive instead of reactive. Lesson learned.

A fantastic product for overcoming the imbalance of biotics in your stomach....one of the best(and may be the best) products on the market. The only negative for this product is that it needs refrigeration after opening......I have been using this for a long time and highly recommend that you give it a try.....you will like it!!
