Excellent toy

This toy is bettr than the original release buzz. How do i know, i bought them both. The original i got was broken, the wing mechanism was junk, this redesign of the wings is far superior and it has lights as well as karate chop action that the other buzz did not. I can see a few paint issues and think that for the price even with a few small flaws, this is an excellent buzz. My box looked like the space ship but was ripped in two areas which were stress points. The only thing that buzz doesnt do is glow in the dark where his chest plate is painted green. I know that the toy may break with intense play but i am trying to teach my now four year old how to take care of his toys, so if this breaks, he will have a good lesson. He is so excited with buzz, he must sleep next to him and take him everywhere. This is one of the rare cases the later versions are better than the original.

Quality product. Full size toy! You'd think it just popped outta the movie it's so realistic! My 4 yr old grandson loves it. Loves that it has the closure of face shield. Buttons all over it that make sounds and activate the wings and flips up the shield

This is the coolest toy I’ve seen in a long time. I have a 3 and 4 year old boy and girl who just discovered Toy Story and they LOVE Buzz. Ordered 2 of these and was a little worried because of some of the reviews. Both arrived on time, same packaging and effects, however 1 had Bonnie on his sole, the other did not. Panned out well for us—we were able to tell them apart! These little guys are SUPER sturdy. Saw another review that said he is too heavy, totally agree but these Buzzes have not been put down since he arrived, so standing is not an issue for us. We were able to get him to stand up, just a little top heavy. This guy is COOL! He has a working helmet, laser, a panel on his arm for communicating with space command (I missed that one, the kids found it). He has retractable light up wings, hands and arms are ready for karate chops and hi-fives. And he says tons of stuff. He will also say special phrases if he comes across another Interactable. Can’t give this guy enough stars, he is awesome! And at the price…..if you have a Buzz fan do not pass this up!

This is the perfect Buzz Lightyear! My 2yr old is obsessed with Toy Story so we wanted to get him a Buzz Lightyear for his birthday. I was hesitant to pick one because I wanted it to be as close to the original in the first Toy Story as possible. This one did not disappoint! It's a sizeable, durable toy with all the bells & whistles. The wings retract, expand and light up at the press of a button. He has a laser and retractable helmet and even has the karate chop action. There are a dozen or so phrases, most of them from the first movie and Andy's name is on his foot. Most toys hold my toddler's attention for a few minutes to a few hours. We're going on two months straight of non-stop Buzz. He takes a beating daily and he's still holding up great! The only thing that we were bummed about is that he did not come in the space ship packaging but my son did not mind at all. If you're looking for a quality, movie-accurate Buzz, I highly recommend this one!

My son at the age of 2 had an unfortunate accident with his leg and had to be in a cast for 3 months. My dearest best friend, sent him this toy as he was super into toy story. He had his pal woody, but somewhere between relocating we missed placed woody. However, Buzz remains. A comfort toy for my son. No assembly required, durable quality, and as close to detail and size as presented in Toy Story.

I'd rather give this 3.5 stars. This is one of my son's favorite toys, he absolutely loves pushing the buttons to hear Buzz talk (he got Buzz when he was a year old and has yet to see the movie). What's good about it is that Buzz says A LOT of phrases, some of them quite long, so there is a lot of variety. Unfortunately, there is no volume or off button, so it can get a little jarring listening to Buzz for hours. I'm disappointed that the laser sound is different from the movie, but I don't know how much that will bother my son when he's old enough to watch the movie, so it might just be me. The "karate chop" feature broke almost immediately, so definitely taking off a star for that. Beyond that, the wear and tear that I have noticed after about 4 months of play with my son is that the color on the blue button is wearing off and the green from Buzz's outfit wears onto the white of his space boots. Near the corner of one of Buzz's wings where it retracts, the sticker has started to rub off a little. Buzz will not stand up on his own, he is too heavy and awkward for that, which is too bad. But overall, this toy has withstood a lot of regular manhandling from a young child. He's dropped, repeatedly, he gets picked up by his arms, legs, or helmet and is still in one piece. The wings are surprisingly strong considering all the drops to the hardwood floor. He loves to drag him around and Buzz has so far withstood all the rough play and has not disappointed my son. I'd recommend the toy, but would warn you that Buzz is loud and very chatty. Otherwise, I think it's a decent toy for the price.

If any one who loves TOY STORY and looking for BUZZ LIGHT YEAR, don't think just Order this one. It has all the features which shown in the movie except glowing in dark. But it can be ignored if you look at the price. My son thinks its the real Buzz Light Year, Coz i told him it came from USA.!!! He is taking care of this toy as i took care of my wife when i newly married. ha ha. About the product built quality is very good. It won't break if taken good care.It took 15 days for delivery. he talks, moves arms and legs,turns head left and right, opens helmet, laser light glows with sound... above all he opens his wings with glowing lights... Every thing has buttons for operation. I have seen negative comments in amazons US website about the same product but with different seller. I feel lucky coz BOOYAH exported this toy from Chicago and it traveled halfway around the world still not even a single scratch on it... Love the service.. Buy it before sold out..

Ottimo giocattolo, resistente agli urti e identico a quello del cartone animato. Pulsante per il raggio laser, Ali che aprono a scatto con le luci sopra, apertura a scatto del casco, scritta Andy sotto il piede, frasi preregistrate del cartone (una decina direi). Peccato che queste ultime non siano in Italiano ma in inglese, ma non è stato un grosso problema. Le istruzioni non esistono (qualche info sulla scatola) per cui non ho capito se è possibile cambiare lingua. Soddisfatti bimbi, soddisfatto io.

My 3 year old son loves it! It would have been nice if it could talk also in french (since the box is bilingual) but it was a known fact and he loves it anyway. Shipping was fast, it arrived in time for Christmas. A button to open the helmet (can also be opened with fingers), a button to open the wings and lights on wings and back and three buttons for talking. It's able to stay on his feet when properly placed. Right arm has a little less possibilty of adjustment because it's related to a button on the back for chopping move. The only negative thing is the laser sound is really annoying (for parents). It doesn't sound like classic laser sound to me. We have a different smaller Buzz wich laser's sounds better. A little expansive but overall it's great!!
