So ... why the missing star? I'm still not sure if it's just me but every bag so far (I'm on a subscription), has been 10 to 20 gram short of the stated weight. Hey that adds up. I'll look into this more but so far - not good. Taste wise it's fine from a company delivering bulk roasted beans to the masses. Don't call your favorite barista though to say good-bye though.

Low acid is the first quality noted. Then the flavor has a wine backing with then cherry notes. Very tasty

It’s hard to drink espresso from other brands after having this coffee :)

I bought Borbone coffee in May 2025 2 Pack for 38 $, now 3 months later they want 53$ your coffee is not that good. No consistency, people always trying to rip you off

I have tried all varieties of Caffe Borbone as ese pods and liked Blue and Gold the most. I usually buy Blue blend beans but then I saw Gold beans on offer and ordered them too. At first I was not so impressed, latte with Blue blend and plain milk is just the best there is, however when I started using Oat milk, the Gold blend taste is superior for some reason. I might stick with Gold blend in the future.

First of all description days it's ground coffe and came whole beans Whole beans are fractured and after grinding it smells normal but to drink after brewing tasts burning. Total waste 🗑
