Good build quality , nice finish. Have only used to make burgers over a camp fire and was not disappointed . Tge only negative I see is the handle could be longer.

Much Sturdier Than Expected
We took this with us on a cookout at the local state park last weekend and I was impressed! We easily got 4 decent-size hamburger patties securely clamped into it and the weight didn't make the handle bend or sag at all. Easy to use, easy to clean. Great product!

Must have for a cookout
Long enough handle that you don't cook yourself while cooking your dinner. Perfect small-ish size fits 4 burgers, two big strip steaks, or 4 filets. Great for firm fishes too. Just used mine for a couple chicken breasts. You might fit four smaller breasts in it, but I had two big ones.

Not Stainless Steel
Product is advertised by this seller as being made from stainless steel, which it is not. This product is made of steel and coated in chrome. Chrome can become toxic at 600 degrees. Most camp fires are between 600-2,000 degrees.
