I am a lifelong problem sleeper, and the prescription solutions don’t work for me. I take this as part of an over the counter regimen with a CBD supplement. On the best nights it helps me ease into sleep. This has worked for over a year. The ingredients are balanced and well thought out In fact, I was taking a similar combination on my own while searching for solutions, so I was already familiar with the ingredients. Everyone’s metabolism is different. What works for me might not work for you., but if you are looking for sleep help, I think giving Sleep a try is a good idea. I've been struggling with an extremely poor sleep process for a few years now. What started out as being a simple night owl turned into almost a complete reverse of the normal sleep cycle. Needless to say, this has impacted my life in seriously negative ways. I have been reluctant to try supplementation and had been working with several different other options to try and reverse the sleep cycle problem. When I saw the product, REST, advertised I was intrigued but glossed over it. Then, I saw an ad that outlined in more detail what the product was actually about. I then followed that up with a closer look at the ingredients and was very interested to see that the ingredients in REST are all uniquely designed to help support sleep, better rest, and ultimately overall better health. In fact, I cannot find another supplement that has all of these ingredients contained in one formulation. I have been using REST for over two weeks now and I can 100% tell you that it has helped me turn the corner on a problem that has existed for me for a number of years. I have been able to dial back my sleep time and I have been able to avoid the grogginess that comes with being out of sync with your normal sleep cycle. I have done nothing other than this formulation since July 6th so I can attest to the fact that this improvement in this area is directly related to the supplement. I can't recommend this product enough!

I have chronic insomnia, and take prescription medications to help fall asleep. However, I’ve been looking for something to help get away from prescription medications, and sometimes even that doesn’t help. I also deal with anxiety and depression and take other supplements to with these ingredients to help, and having everything in one supplement with extra benefits like helping me sleep is absolutely ideal! I started slow with this supplement as I can sometimes be sensitive, so I took one for the first week. It helped me fall asleep, but I would wake up early. I did feel energized when I woke up, and not groggy or sleepy. However, not sure if this due to my anxiety or the supplement. I did find that the pill stuck in my throat a couple times, and I’m not a stranger to taking pills, so it is quite large and thick. I will continue to take, as the mood improving benefits of the ingredients alone are worth it.

Had high hopes for this product. I don't have any recollection of getting a good night’s sleep. I have read every article and tried so many strategies for an uninterrupted sleep and nothing quite gets me there. Saw this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. It along with several other supplements I take usually get me to sleep at a reasonable hour and enables to me to return back to sleep without too much problem. All this being said, this could be a good product for someone who is just experiencing a temporary or minor sleep problem.

When I first got this, i thought 3mg of melatonin was not enough. I was taking 5-10mg most nights, so I wasn't hopeful. Within a few days, I was falling asleep quickly and staying asleep for most of the night. Within 20 minutes of taking it, I'm groggy and at 30 minutes I'm struggling to keep my eyes open. It works!! The mixture of all of the sleep aid elements and dosage is helping me to sleep better and not feel groggy the next day. I've been taking diphenhydramine and doxylamine succinate for years, off and on. I wanted to take something more natural and something I can easily wean off of when I'm sleeping on my own. I'm so happy to have found "REST" because it really works.

Did not help at all. It could be just me but it took forever to fall asleep and then when I went to sleep I was restless. I wake up and be wide awake for an hour fall asleep for 30 mins just to be awake for 30 mins. I gave up and decided I was just going to stay awake when I hit 5:30 am. Once I woke up and stayed awake, it was like I drank an energy drink but I wanted to cry because I was exhausted. That was after one day.... I did this everyday as directed for two weeks and had the same result every. Single. Night. It got to the point I was surviving off of naps during the day, if possible, just to survive what day I had left that I hadn’t napped through. I personally would not recommend this product but it can be different for someone else.

My daughter expressed concern about her 12-year-old who really struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep. She does the right things - no caffein, no screen time in the late evenings, healthy diet... but to no avail. I gave her some of these supplements, and they worked like magic, She was so happy! What a relief for them both. I take them myself almost every night. They are natural herbs and amino acids, so no worries about addiction or anything. I strongly recommend them. (There are similar products on Amazon, I closely compared the ingredients and concluded that this is the best formula.)

I received this bottle only a few days ago, but I can confirm that it's been more effective than the regular melatonin supplement I use. I don't often have sleep issues, but when I do I prefer taking something natural such as melatonin. The only thing is that melatonin is very hit or miss; either it doesn't really work or I wake up feeling groggy the next day. It's early but so far, this wellpath product seems to be doing the trick. I tried it on Sunday to make sure I was fresh and recharged for Monday and it worked well. I slept well but didn't wake up feeling more tired. Plus I like that the pills are vegetarian. I've been of a fan of their previous products, and this one has not let me down either. 5/5!
