Good Multivitamin
They are easy to swallow and don't have that bad of a taste. Size is a bit large but manageable.

News pundits flip-flop on vitamins like a politician's campaign promises, but I'm not taking chances. While I'm not exactly a rabbit munching on kale salads 24/7, my daily multivitamin is my nutritional insurance policy - a bargain at pennies a day.
