If you have trouble pooping, try this!
I was desperate a few years ago; my plumbing was backed up and nothing -- not even Linzess -- helped. Although I must admit that things got better when I got a dog. I was walking and my stress went down considerably. For years I was addicted to OTC meds for constipation. They wiped me out and I almost fainted every time I used them. Guess it made my blood pressure really low. I read that the Native Americans used this herb for so many issues, but I swear by it for keeping regular. some folks think that tons of money in the bank is the be all and the end all -- but for me, pooping daily is a really big deal -- and I do! :-)
