I found this product very helpful. Although I don't need to take this nightly, when I feel that I need it is here and works great. I wake feeling rested and knowing I am getting probiotics into my system along with my daily vitamins.

I ordered these because I have colitis that is very hard to control, even with meds. Plus, I have trouble sleeping. These sounded pretty good! I've been taking them a little over a week now, and I've actually noticed some changes. Sleep has been a little easier. But the big thing is, I'm not having to run to the bathroom constantly. Oh, I'm still making too many trips, but I'm hopeful that as I continue taking these, it will continue to improve. A wholehearted recommendation!

I love that this product has probiotic and probiotics plus enzymes to go along with the sleep support. I have been taking it for about a week and I noticed my digestive system is operating better which in turn means that I have more clarity during the day because I am getting the rest that I need. Much better than just melatonin alone and I like that that is very low dose melatonin with only 3 mg. Too much melatonin can leave you feeling groggy and can affect your mood making you feel down and depressed. I absolutely recommend this product

I love this product. Before finding it randomly at the sale section at a store, I was taking Pepcid every night before bed in anticipation of terrible heart burn. And when I say terrible I mean it. I guess it was acid redlex because it would come up and burn my esophagus to the point where you think you are dying because you cannot breath, throw up or anything. So pepcid it was. Then I started taking Nightly Reboot and my life was changed. I no longer need to take pepcid every night. Fine, Ibtake it when I eat pizza, chip, and a couple of glasses of wine, but come on, I am 40, what do I expect. However, every other night where I respect my self and eat normally, all I need is Nightly Reboot! Not only is my heartburn gone but I sleep through the night. Great product! I highly recommend it.

I have seen good results at night using this product. Not sure why this bottle has capsules half empty and discolored.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I have been using this for more than a year. It does help you fall asleep, one pill as directed and in the morning…POOF no bloat! No grogginess! If I have overindulged, within 20-30 minutes of taking the pill I can feel the heaviness disappear! Love it!

I ordered the three bottle choice. I have now tried this product three different times, with a month in between each attempt. I was also taking some other supplements, so I wanted to retry it when these had been stopped. Each time I found my digestive tract was totally disrupted. I felt swollen after eating a meal. I did not find that my sleep was improved at all. Obviously this product is not for me.
