I had large areas of wood floor where the finish was completely worn off by wear from chairs and etc. I did not expect much when I purchased this product because being that the finish was completely worn off; I thought there is not much that can be done, but it was worth a try. I had excellent results! I cannot say that it made the areas look like they'd been re-finished, but it made a big difference. After only two applications, the worn areas were transformed. The color was completely restored and the shine was restored to the point where even though I could tell the areas were a little duller than the rest of the floor, no one else would know there was anything wrong. It was very easy to apply too! This is definitely worth trying before you do anything drastic and costly!

We are in an apartment that has a wood look vinyl floor in the kitchen and entry. The flooring was totally dull, marred and lifeless. I put one coat of this product on the flooring and it has made a world of difference. The flooring is marred and not in the greatest shape but this product made a world of difference. The deeper mars are still there but it blurred the finer ones. I am very happy with the improvement this product has made and has made it worth cleaning. At least you can see a difference with some effort. It won't create perfection, but at least it gives some life to flooring that has seen better days. I believe it would do even better on a wood product.

Our new home was originally built in th 1950's and the wooden floors were in pretty distressed shape. I washed the floor thoroughly with soapy water before applying the Floor Revive, and we recieved beautiful results instantly. The floor had a great "wet" gleen, and almost fully restored some serious dry, damaged spots. It did cover some scratches, but serious damage looked better, but still remained. We recieved numerous complements. Since our initial application, we've had some work done on our home and the floors are again dusty, but we expected that. We're hoping that a simple wash and re-application will resolve the issue. Even if we have to apply the product a couple times a year, I would do it. To apply, all you to do is pour some on the floor and spread around with a clean sponge mop head.

I have been using this product for years and just love it for my wood floors. The shine lasts a long time and it is very easy to apply. I move all the furniture, clean the floors by sweeping, vacuuming and washing and then apply the product directly onto the floor and use a wool applicator (on a metal handle that extends to different lengths) to spread it out evenly. It dries to a great shine very quickly, within half an hour. After finishing, simply wash the wool applicator out with soap and water. Very light, clean scent too.

I started using this product about 8 years ago on my hardwood floors. This will give your hardwoods new life! I reapply to high traffic areas and my 17 year old floors look like new! I had a few places where furniture left a gouge across the floor while being moved and after applying this product, they were much less noticeable and they are safe from any type liquids being absorbed by the wood. We have about 1800 square feet of hardwood floors and Floor Revive has really help keep them pretty and shining. Unpack wax or other floor treatments, once you treat the whole floor, you can spot treat cleaned, high traffic areas without it making a spot. I usually reapply to high traffic areas about once a year. I reapplied to the whole floor for the first time in 8 years. We have raised two dogs on this floor and it still shines like it was newly finished.

This is a great product to extend the time between hardwood floor refinishing. I thoroughly clean my floors, mop them with a damp mop and apply Hope's Floor Revive for a great shine. When I need to update the shine, I do a lighter application to keep the shine. For the best deal, buy the 12 pack. Highly recommend "Hope's Floor Revive".

Our house was built in the 1960's, the hardwood floors are the original and have been covered by rugs the entire time. So they're in great shape but in desperate need of CLEANING and shining. When we removed the old rug, it looked like someone took a bag of sand and covered the floor with it!! The wood was in good condition but just didn't shine and looked quite dull. Cleaned the floor THOROUGHLY first, then used hope's revive with a damp sponge mop. The floors looked a million times better! We were exhausted and too tired to wait more than the required 30 minutes to put our furniture back in the room. We should have lifted it instead of dragging it on furniture pads. You can see where hope's revive got rubbed off during moving the furniture. Our fault, so no stars off for that. We used hope's revive again two days later and this time (6+ hours after applying) lifted the furniture instead of dragging it. No more rubbed off but you can still see the original rubbing off, although it is improved. I might try a third application, but I'm thinking I'll give Bona cleaner a try. Side note: we did mop in the same direction as the grain of the wood so I can't say whether it leaves streaks. What I like about the product: totally revived our floors and brought out the color. One area was white-looking before we used hope's, after applying it all matched! No dry white areas! What I don't like: my floors don't shine. Color is awesome, but they have a semi-gloss finish at best. The hallway floors (continuous flooring, same exact material, just wasn't covered with rug for years and years) were still shiny and new(ish) looking... I accidentally got some hope's on it as I was finishing the doorway. It took away the shine and made it a more matte finish. Also, we can see our footprints after applying hope's and walking on it 30-60 minutes later. The bottle says to wait 30-60 minutes before walking on it. I can't tell if we made new footprints after waiting 6+ hours after the second application before walking on the floors.

its good if you have light traffic areas but it sucks in high traffic areas.
