Installed this faucet myself in under 30 minutes. Everything fit perfectly. The touchless feature works exactly as advertised. It looks high-end, and my bathroom feels so much more modern now.

I gave it 4 stars initially because I loved the ease of use and its elegant looks. The longer you use it/ turn it on, the hotter the water gets and it’s hard to find a happy medium because if you turn down the heat, it takes too long to produce warm/ tepid water in the winter. After 3 months of use, the base of the faucet just broke and had a hole in it. It has not been subjected to trauma at all under the sink. There was no pressure being generated and it leaked under the sink. Tried to look for parts to replace it, but it’s not a standard plumbing fixture and therefore was put to waste. Return window closed after a short 1 month.

I've had this touchless faucet for about 2 months now and it's been fantastic. The sensor is very responsive - it turns on instantly when I wave my hand and shuts off quickly when I'm done. Though I did need to adjust the sensor sensitivity at first. Much more convenient than traditional faucets!

Unit installed and working as expected. Instructions are not clear due to translation from Chinese to English but good enough for install. I would like to adjust the factory sensing distance from default of 15 cm but am unclear if this is possible. Instructions seem to reference this during initial "learning" 10 second period but is not clear if this can be adjusted or not. I am hopeful that it is as would like it to be something nearer to 20 cm. I am hopeful that this review may draw some response. Questions section indicates it is not adjustable but unsure if this is from vendor or end user.

Great buy fantastic faucet, looks very modern. Install was quick. Made my bathroom look nice. Highly recommended.

I ordered this faucet and directly after the install the mixing valve leaked. I ordered a new one to replace. While I was waiting for the new one to arrive the mixing valve miraculously stopped leaking so I had two faucets. Good thing because the sensor quit working and would not turn off. I changed batteries I changed the battery holder and mixing valve and the sink still did not work. I then replaced the faucet and it now works well. I wanted this faucet to last much longer before the sensor broke

I just received and immediately returned because the faucet there were many small rust spots on it.

This is the 5th touchless faucet and so far it's working the best. The sensor activates exactly as it should and has a better look to it than the others I have had. The installation was more difficult than the others and I prefer the temperature adjustment on the faucet but once it's set up it works great. I would recommend this unit. July 14/23 unit stopped working. Really liked this unit while it worked. Had to install manual faucet but prefer touch less.
