Always used to but the Solgar product but that’s out of stock for a while and decided to try these instead. I like them and will stick with them even if Solgar supply returns

This is a good quality supplement with great packaging for safety. Probably the highest concentration extraction of OE the active. I find it helps my gout after reading it lowers Uric acid levels as well as Allopirinol which comes with nasty side effects. I’m also prediabetic and this helps bring the HB1ac down so that a major plus for me because diet alone isn’t helping me . It helps BP and being raised I don’t take ace inhibitors due to COVID 19. Studies show it lowers LDL and BP and oxidative stress. I’m also fan of olive oil but this is many magnitudes great in effect. Will update with Health measures as I take it. So far Uric acid is stable after recent attack. Normally it shoots up after a gout attack so confidently assuming these are doing something. Will let you know what happens.

I started getting pains in the left side of my chest which isnt ever a good sign. Having been drinking alcohol quite a lot and not exercising regularly it scared me. Looking for ways to lower blood pressure i started looking for herbal remedies (rather than a tablet with bulking agents)! I stumbled across this which i now take in conjunction with recular excersize. Pains went away and generally feel more relaxed. I take two a day. I take these also with pine bark extract and have CBD gummies at night. So id 100% reccomend these in combination with other remedies! Stay healthy.

Its great but the olive taste and smell is sooo strong. Good product anyway

This is a good value capsule pack and for a supplement which I haven't seen very often on the high street. I said to myself "there's a reason the mediterranean people are healthy" so why not try an olive supplement. This is a good value pack which has a premium feel to the look and packaging. Easy to take with my breakfast tea, and no unpleasant after taste. I have no way of knowing whether my blood pressure of LDL are lower but I do feel better in myself.

This is not a paid review or anything shady like that. Just my personal experience and I'll update it with good or bad reactions, etc, that I might find further down the line. My reason for ordering this: I've had sinus problems most of my adult life but in the past year it's been more and more of a problem. Days with unpleasant sinus-like headaches (always after it has rained during the night, I don't know why exactly) and very little really helps. It lasts for about 12 hours and then passes. Happens every 2-3 weeks. In Jan 2021, I lost 80% of the hearing out of my left ear for a month. I didn't go to the doc for 3 weeks because I'm an idiot who thought it might just pass. It didn't so I was put onto a nose spray and a weeks worth of antibiotics. It all cleared up within 3-4 days. Since then, I've had the regular sinus headaches, as I said above. But it never got worse than that. Until a week ago. Woke up turn over in bed and started having the most intense vertigo experience and I don't think I've ever had that before. Got out of bed almost fell over twice but then it all wore off after a minute. Throughout the day I would be a little dizzy getting out of my chair but nothing terrible. when I looked to the ceiling to put my eye drops in, after 3 seconds vertigo would kick in and I would either fall over or almost. Every. Single. Time. This carried on for 5 days. Slowly getting better, initially, and then getting worse again about 2 days ago. I did not want to call the doc just yet as I did not want antibiotics since I react so badly to them. If they're essential that's fine but didn't want them just yet. So I did some Reddit research on Olive Leaf Extract and decided this brand was worth a shot. Yesterday, I received the tablets and took the max daily dosage (usually I only take half for a new supplement as precaution). Later that night I noticed some pressure change going on and I seemed a little more steady walking around - nothing major just a small difference). There was also a small amount of cracking going on in my left ear. This morning...got out of bed, showered, had breakfast and then suddenly realised I didn't experience any vertigo at all. Looked at the ceiling, still a very small about of dizziness when I returned my head to normal position but no vertigo or almost falling over. Day #2: looks promising with significantly less symptoms. Day #3: some symptoms have returned but not as bad as pre-supplements Will keep an eye on it. I'll update my star rating after I've done more testing and made sure there's no side effects or anything like that for me. I don't want to give people false hope with a shiny 5 star review, only for me to downgrade it in the future because it turned out to not be what I hoped for.
