Safe is perfect, but unfortunately missing battery cover. We just few days ago open safe packing, its stay unwrapped still we start our shop business. Without cover battery regularly disconnect, and we need use mechanical lock instead electronic.

I bought this high security safe for my business about five months ago for day to use. the handle seems broken inside. door handle rotating feely and can not open the door. now i can't get access to my document and cash stuck inside. its not reliable safe.

This is very heavy safe that is great for extra security. It only has two holes in the base for securing to the floor and none in the rear panel should you wish to secure it to a wall. When you open the safe the four bolts, two in the side, one on top and one at the base of the door retract. However the one at the base of the door does not fully retract and I am nervous that it might eventually prevent the door from opening. Around each of the four bolts there is a plastic retaining piece of plastic, each on of these was found to be cracked on delivery and in fact one of these fell out in bits when I opened the door. It is delivered in a cardboard box with no protection inside the box, therefore being so heavy it has caused problems in handling, and this has resulted in damage to the paintwork on an corner and quite a large bit of paint scraped off the front side. As I have placed the safe in a cupboard this was not a problem as I touched it up with black mat paint that I had. Having said all that it is a strong substantial safe that gives you good security.

The safe arrived earlier than expected. The delivery guys took it to the room of my choice and unpacked it too. There were some grazes on it but I can live that - this has been reported by other buyers too. The instructions were easy to follow. Where the product ‘failed’ was in the seller’s lack of response. The impression I get is that the sellers don’t seem to care once the product is sold. The reason I needed to contact them was because the inside of the safe door has a backing, behind which is a battery compartment and front of which helps hold documents and keys - that backing fell off when I closed it. As a result one of the batteries dropped out and the safe would not open. So I had to use the backup key. When I opened the safe I realised what had happened - 2 of the plastic hooks holding the backing had simply snapped! I’m always very careful with my things and the fact that many of them have lasted so many years is it’s testament. So I’m more than disappointed that something costing hundreds of pounds, and meant to be so sturdy, has such a flimsy part to it. Further disappointment was caused by the total lack of response. No product is complete without ‘good’ support. I’ve read about the woes of other buyers on both the frustrations of contacting the company and this poor safe backing. I now close my safe softly to avoid another incident. Shame really that the lack of a very small investment by the manufacturers should have such a big impact on the product and my impression…..

This safe arrived and stopped working within 2 weeks. We are unable to access the safe by using the keypad and the key is becoming unreliable to open.

The security safe is very strong and heavy, there is plenty of space for documents and electronic devices such as iPad and MacBook. I recommend this product. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the battery compartment is not well designed, the batteries don't stay firmly in place. Of course if batteries lose the connection to the keypad the only way to open the safe is by key. If you have familiarity with DIY the issue can be easily fixed.

Pas mal pour le prix et la livraison . Néanmoins le clavier et la poignée trop bas , on a déja du mal a composer le code a ouvrir et farfouiller dedans le coffre . D autre part pour ouvrir avec la clef il faut pivoter et enlever le clavier ça c est pourri si le clavier tombe en pane et il faut mettre les 100 kilos de coffre a la poubelle . Car apparemment y a pas de piéce détachée .

Ich habe mir den Safe gekauft um Wertsachen in der Wohnung aufzubewahren. Dafür ist er gut geeignet - ich bin sehr zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung Der Safe ist von mir im Betonfußboden mit 12 mm dicken und 300 mm langen, hochfesten Stahlbolzen verankert worden. (Löcher sind im Safe bereits vorgebohrt) Bargeld packt man in eine wasserdichten Schutztasche - somit ist auch Löschwasser kein Problem. Es ging darum ein Produkt zu erwerben, dass einem Einbrecher das Leben richtig schwer macht . . . und das tut dieser Safe mit Sicherheit. Herausbrechen und wegtragen halte ich bei den verwendeten Bolzen für ausgeschlossen. 100% ige Sicherheit hat man natürlich nie - aber man kann mit diesem Produkt dafür sorgen, dass Einbrecher entnervt aufgeben - da bin ich mir sicher. NATÜRLICH wird der Safe in dieser Preis- und Gewichtsklasse (unter 500 Euro - 50 Kilogramm) von einer Versicherung nicht akzeptiert, aber das weiß man bevor man so ein Produkt kauft - das ist kein Mangel. Auch die Größe kennt man vorher.
