Read others' review and felt like they may have been unlucky. What a fool I was! I have the same problem as everyone else. Device won't turn on, charges and shows as charging on the display, but once you unplug it, it stays dead. It has worked once when I first received it as it had some charge from shipping. Other than that, its gone. I haven't used it past this point, it's literally all still in the wrapping! Therabody customer support are useless, won't accept its a warranty issue despite sending all the details. Their website states that the warranty is for two years (screenshotted) but they only honour one year. Unfortunately I moved within that time and put it away. By the time I realised, it was outside the first year warranty by a week and apparently Amazon isn't registered as an authorised seller (despite being shipped by Theragun EU). It's a lot of money to lose out on during a very difficult time, so please, please don't waste your money! Anyone who has bought it, I implore to check on it regularly. Don't be me. Please, please, please!

It works rlly well, is worth it

Have now received two brand new Theragun Eltie gen 4 models. Both have come sealed in the packaging, and both have failed to work. In both cases, the device charges, with both the charger light active and the OLED screen showing the battery percentage. However, upon pulling out the charging cable, the device will not power on. Replacing the charging cable will then show that the device is at 0% charge. A disappointing repeat experience for what is a highly reviewed product on a number of major websites. My current recommendation would be to avoid.

The Theragun Elite delivers effective, quiet muscle relief with adjustable speeds and ergonomic design. However, it could be improved with a longer battery life and more attachment options. Overall, it's a strong choice for deep muscle recovery.

Like many others I was tempted into buying the 4th generation model based on the significant discount offered. My advice to anyone thinking of doing the same is “don’t bother”. You will probably receive a dud as others have warned. Here is my experience. I hope it adds weight to the other negative reviews. The product arrived uncharged, which I thought seemed strange. I charged it for about 6 hours, however, until the display indicated the battery was 100% charged. I then unplugged it and attempted to turn it on. Nothing happened. The Theragun was completely dead. When I plugged it back in, the battery level was back on 0% again I have now returned the item for a refund.

Worth it, bought this to upgrade from my current generic one I bought on Amazon. The 16mm makes such a difference and the stall force is plenty. I use it daily as an amateur rugby player with niggles and desk job. I can feel the tension releaf in seconds. Love the ergonomic handle, well balanced so you don't have to press hard. The noise it okay (not the quietest but I was expecting so much worse), pleasent, you can tell the motor is of high quality. If you can look past the price, 100% recommend.

Gleich beim Auspacken merkt man, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird. Sehr gutes Zubehör gleich dabei - alles solide und hochwertig. Verbindung mit iOS-App funktioniert auf Anhieb, so kann man im Prinzip gleich loslegen. Das Gerät ist nicht zu laut oder heftig, liegt prima in der Hand und mein Rücken und meine Beine sind gefühlt 10 Jahre jünger. Ich würde wieder zugreifen!
