Certainly worth trying.
I tried this out of curiosity and was delighted by the result. I made fairy cakes and also mixed some with my bread flour. Cakes were lovely and light with no strong taste of almonds and the bread was a lighter texture with more 'spring'. Worth trying.

Excellent for muffins
Brilliant for cakes and muffins, next to no carbs! But does have a slightly grainy texture but I can live with that!

quality not as good anymore :-(
Really disappointed by this recently. Have been ordering it regularly for about 2yrs and at first the quality was really good, but a few months ago, it became more like rough, ground almonds and recipes weren't turning out as good. The recent batch smells stale to me - shame it's no longer as good as it was at first. Was hoping it would go back to the fine almond flour it used to be, but sadly it's not :-(
