Utmost quality, organic and earthy!
It was shipped with excellent packaging, making sure the clay pot doesn’t break easily in the process. The clay seems to be of utmost quality, very organic and earthy, no trace of artificial chemicals or glaze. Love the product! I wish they had more variety of clay utensils for Indian house holds

Leaks, seeps and loses water - extremely thin construction.
The packaging was perfect and was undamaged both inside and out. However the pot itself leaks water, If I simply leave the water inside for a week, the water inside is reduced by 60 percent. The wall of this pot is extremely thin. I can understand the pot soaking in the water and drying out some of the water, But the issue with this one is that the water actually leaks out and collects in and begins to overflow in the platter that I have it set on. On a positive note the water itself feels good to drink and stays cool. I am looking for food grade sealer to use on the outside and rectify this issue.

Leakage
I was happy with the pot that finally I will drink water from a clay pot that I crave. However 1: The pot should have been a little bigger 2: Supplied with a base to help collect the water as it leaks 3: They should consider a method to reduce the leaking. It’s too much. My mother had a big clay water pot and we never for one day cleaned after it. I understand clay pots leaks because they are porous. But there should be something our grandparents did to address that. This leaking is really killing my joy for the clay pot

Pure cool water
The product is just as described by the seller. I am drinking this kind of water after years.... we used to have these kind of pots when I was in India. Came in excellent packaging. Be sure to follow the sellers instructions to get best results.

Good product
Product was well packed and came to us in great shape. My wife loved it. She said that it had the taste that she was expecting. Highly recommend.

Has a very strong gasoline smell
which is strong in the water as well. Its also starting to leak on the bottom and the water evaporates a lot so almost half the water is gone by morning. I will not use this for drinking water
