These bands are really great as a workout tool. I broke my ankle almost a yr & a 1/2 ago & still can't walk (my ligaments & tendons & muscles are damaged & SLOWLY healing) so I got these for a variety of reasons (physical therapists use these but I can't afford a P.T. so I do it on my own) to build my muscles (also on high quality protein for muscle building & strength & Collagen for all it does plus to repair my ligaments & tendons) & these aid the protein. So they're made super strong very flexible came overnighted (had a problem with the delivery person tho so it was a day late ugh) & I luv what Resistance bands do. I use the 2 light levels (green & yellow) for most of the reps. I use the lightest (yellow) level for P.T. on my foot for trying to get it to flex. Gonna take some time I'm 64 & need to be careful not to redamage my ankle. I gave the 2 heavy levels (red is heavy & blk is Extra heavy) to my son who isn't a SM boy he's very strong & works out so it's perfect for him in-between gym trips. Very good quality & they stretch pretty far & as far as the Resistance will go. I highly recommend em. I wanted to add that this sm co has the most amazing incredibly caring customer service. They truly have a compassionate heart they did 2 super nice things for me (won't say what cause they might not be able to do the same for others as others situations could be different from mine but trust me it was an incredible thing. They know what it is 👍🏻👍🏻💞💜) as it was out of the blue. I truly appreciate it & them. Highly endorse these bands & no bad issues with them & the quality of the bands & holding up is awesome. These are exactly the same bands as my Physical Therapy group uses. You get an entire line up of bands running a broad range of light to heavy resistance that allows you to maximize your joint/muscle response as you progress. Much more convenient than a weight based regimen. I really like these things.

Update: returning. I can't keep them from rolling up and pinching my skin. I like them but they tend to slip. I like that they range from extra light to Heavy, for beginners like me. I have a hard time with them rolling up in certain positions. Maybe a better brand would stay put. It comes with a nice big for storage, which is convenient for keeping them together. I haven't had any issues with them tearing, so the quality seems good. Price was great for 5 bands. I've used them for multiple work outs and they're holding up well, keeping their stretch without loosing up. Overall pleased with this purchase.

I love this product for exercise, very useful

I was needing additional bands/resistance for my workouts (I am currently doing 80 Day Obsession, which utilizes resistance loops in most all the workouts). I shelled out 40 bucks for the Beachbody loops, thinking I was getting two of the same sized set, but received a set of 12in AND 9 inch loops. The 9 inch ones are just too small for me, I'm 5'8. Rather than fork out another 40.00, I decided to check out some other options and ran across this set of bands. For 3/4 less I got the same resistance strengths, plus an extra heavier band too, so I can double up if needed for my workouts, or have a spare if one of my others breaks. These bands are high quality and they work great! Just one thing to note, for anyone who is doing 80DO, the yellow band is a bit lighter weight than the Beachbody yellow band (or the one's Autumn and the cast use in the workouts). The GREEN band in the LIMM set is closest to the Beachbody yellow, the Blue closer to the green and so on and so forth. I LOVE that these bands always have a lifetime guarantee as well. I'm a very happy customer.

I really liked these bands at first—but now, less than 2 months after purchasing them, the yellow band snapped. Disappointing as return window has closed. :(

These are great for home gym or physical therapy. I use them for knee therapy at home. They are soft and stretchy much better than the ones that tie.

One of the best exercise purchases I have made. What makes this product so great is the customer service that goes with it. The light bands (yellow, green) are good for beginners and the heavier bands are good for intermediate and maybe a step above intermediate, I typically double up on the bands for a harder resistance (but I have been using them for years). The light bands (mostly the yellow) can break, I have broken 2 yellows 1 green and when I initially received my set the black one had a defect, but the best part is they are covered under a 100% lifetime warranty so I just email the company and in less than a week I have another set (yes they send and entire set not just the color you broke) so you really don't have anything to loose! The reason the yellow one breaks is because it is the lightest in resistance so it is the flimsiest of them all. I have not broken the blue, red, or black as they are thicker and more durable. Overall a great product with fantastic customer service!

I bought these without having ever used anything close to resistance bands before and they've been part of my daily workout for the last month. It's amazing how many uses you can find for them! So far I've mostly been training with the yellow and green ones (low resistance) and I can't find anything negative to say about them. They're great for home workouts and stretches, and take away the need to use gym equipment if you don't have a membership. In essence, if you're looking for resistance bands, I can definitely vouch for the quality of those ones!

The Link resistance bands arrived on time and I was pleased with their quality and the support received from Limm. The Pro bands would have been more suitable as the current ones are good for Therapy and Rehab.

The bands have a nice resistance in the stretch, each one has a noticeable difference in the amount of resistance. Even the lightest band still offers a good beginner workout to build strength. I'm very happy with the purchase and the carrying bag that came with them. A pamphlet comes with the bands to help get started with exercises, also included is a link to a website that has even more great information. Overall it is a great package.
