Kids Lightweight Hooded Packable Pancho with Side Snaps

This poncho have saved the day during my Chicago Hot Chocolate 5k on November 2, 2025 for keeping me dry. The poncho also kept me warm and block the wind as it have some weight to it as it was raining. This is not a thin plastic poncho. I have purchased this product last year and got a chance to try it out this year for my 5k. I have recommend this poncho to my colleague and his wife as the wife was impressed of the weight, sturdiness of the material during our 5k walk. It's easy to store in the mesh bag that came with it.

I opened upon receiving just to check quality and also to see how to get it back into the pouch. I don't like carrying an umbrella when travelling, so this was a portable option that would give me coverage no matter what I was wearing. It's exactly what I was looking for. I saw a review noting it does not snap at the top or have a cord in the hood. That is true. It isn't a thin, throw away poncho. Because it is one size, it will fall in length accordingly. I like the style in clear and the fact that it isn't heavy. It is a quality product at a reasonable price.

Excellent for keeping me nice and dry when I have to go outside during rain and snow. The material is a little thicker than a disposable poncho. I'm 6ft 226 pounds and the poncho is plenty roomy and long enough to keep my legs dry. Slips on and off easily. There are snaps on the arms however there isn't an adjustment for the hood. The hood barely makes it over my head especially with my glasses on. Overall this was exactly what I was willing to pay for. It does it's job as expected.

Better material than most of the cheaper brands. We Plan on using these on our upcoming trip to Niagara Falls while taking the boat tour. I doubt if we’ll get super soaked in these. Will probably give an update.

This poncho is lightweight, easy to fold up, and small enough to keep in a bag or glove compartment so it’s always there when you need it. It goes on quickly, covers well, and actually keeps you dry without feeling bulky. The material is sturdy enough to hold up to heavy rain and doesn’t tear easily like cheaper ponchos. I like that it has a roomy fit, so it works even over a backpack or jacket. Simple, practical, and reliable—exactly what a poncho should be.

My husband and I recently purchased a pair of these for a concert we were attending. The inevitable happened and rain was forecast for the last day of the concert, so we brought them along. We put them on as soon as we entered the concert grounds and wore them for the next eight hours. They did a decent job keeping us dry, but nothing is full-proof for that long a period of time. Parts of our legs still got a bit wet, and if we raised our arms the rain tended to drip down inside. Unless you're willing to buy a long rain coat and rain pants, a poncho is the next best cheaper option. Just know that it isn't perfect, but it's better than nothing.

Pros: - Great value for the price; couldn't resist given the positive reviews and cost. - Exactly as pictured, even though it looked a bit big on my 5' frame; ideal for upcoming trips. - Kept me dry during a rainy football game; impressive material quality. - Lightweight and easy to pack; fits snugly in my bag. - Reusable, not a flimsy poncho, built to last. Cons: - Could be a bit longer to protect the bottom when sitting down. - The head hole could be slightly larger or have a V-neck with a snap; a bit of a tight squeeze to put on.

So I got this to take to the theme park water ride. It worked well. Kept me dry.

Perfect for our trip to Costa Rica in major rainy season

Tenía muchas dudas para comprar este producto sin embargo estoy satisfecho. Van mis puntos: A FAVOR: 1) Es un impermeable ligero, no ocupa mucho espacio y es sencillo de guardar en espacios pequeños. Además viene con una pequeña bolsa de red que hace fácil su transporte. 2) A pesar de que las fotografías del catálogo hacen parecer que es transparente (al menos la versión amarilla) la realidad es que es opaco. Lo cual a mí en lo personal me gusta más. 3) Tiene un buen tamaño: 60x38 pulgadas (equivalente a 152.4 centímetros de ancho x 96.52 centímetros de altura) lo cual creo que está bien. Tomando en cuenta que yo mido 1.80 m, me queda un poco corto de altura (más o menos a las rodillas) dejando las piernas descubiertas, pero esto no es del todo malo. 4) Es cómodo y amplio. Incluso puedes cubrir con el una mochila o bolsa en tu espalda. EN CONTRA 1) La capucha no tiene forma de ser ajustada a la cabeza: no tiene lazos o botones por lo que imagino que si hay viento fuerte o si vas en bicicleta puede ser un problema. 2) Para alguien de brazos largos, la medida del ancho no está tan bien. En los brazos deja mucho descubierto. En los extremos de los lados tiene botones para cerrar la capa y la idea es que estos generan una especie de manga. 3) El material con el que está hecho no se ve tan resistente. Sin embargo yo creo que aguanta bien las lluvias. Será cuestión de poner a prueba en situaciones de lluvia muy fuertes. Lo que sí creo es que para granizo no creo que funcione. CONCLUSIONES: Le pongo 5 estrellas porque el producto es lo que promete y el costo no me parece excesivo. Si embargo la talla única para personas altas no es la mejor opción. :)

Utilisé pendant un voyage lors d'une journée de pluie intense. Très confortable et protège le sac à dos. Parfait!

This was a great poncho to have on my trip to Túrkiye. Compact and convenient to take on hikes etc.
