Since starting this product, I've noticed the benefits it claims; more bowel movements, feeling cleaner. It's helped me feel a bit healthier as well as make me feel fuller with meals due to the increased fibre intake. It may be good for weight loss in the long run. The psyllium husk content is impressive, especially for the price, containing a much higher amount than other brands. As well as the psyllium husk, it contains some staples of good gut health such as aloe vera leaf extract, black chia seeds, and flaxseed powder. It's a very good formula for healthy bowel movements. Only real drawbacks are in the design. The packaging makes it look like it's a product for male sexual potency when it's a digestive aid that could just as easily be used by women. And the faint gold lettering is difficult to read. Otherwise, a very good product.

I was a bit skeptical about these, especially when they arrived as the black bottle with a gold lid and the 'male' astrological symbol for mars on the front. Yes, it looked like I'd bought a tub of boner pills. I wouldn't feel comfortable putting the bottle on my desk at work, put it that way. However, in terms of efficacy these pills have a higher fibre content than others, and after taking them for just a couple of days the difference in "movement" was pronounced and welcome. I was surprised that these pills were so effective - movement was a lot easier and like other people have said actually do feel lighter and less bloated. Overall, can't fault the product itself other than the packaging. It even has a graphic of a bed on the back and a comment about 'being ready for action'. I'm sorry, I don't associate 'bed action' with going to the toilet for a number two.

A very good product indeed. In one week of using it I feel significantly less bloated, have experienced a more regular, healthier bowel routine and do feel 'cleaner' and lighter inside - most definitely less gas. The extra fibre content compared to similar products I have tried before does seem to help cleanse waste from the digestive system, and overall this is a product I can see myself using regularly! Increased my bowel movements in the first week, but this is expected apparently - what I also have found is feeling genuinely less hungry and seeing myself reach for less snacks during the day, probably the fibre or other ingredients but what a great feeling especially when working at home! A strong BUY from me :) And - no side effects, or tiredness after the initial boost... Winning.

I brought this a couple of weeks ago and have been using it once or twice a day, they are easy to swallow but must be swallowed quick with a large glass of water to avoid the unpleasant taste of the coating dissolving in your mouth. These have a very high fibre content compared to similar products I have seen on the market and feel that this aids in their effectiveness. Since taking these I seem to be having fewer bowel motions and that these have been cleaner and easier to pass. I have felt less bloated after meals and have been passing less gas. Despite the increase of fibre I do not however, feel that it has prevented hunger between meals. I would recommend giving these a try to see if these work for you in the way that I feel they have worked for me.

This product has a very high fibre content, more so than other products which have a lower psyllium husk content. I have felt less hungry in general while taking the tablets. And have had less bloating and gas. The product also contains flaxseed and chia seeds so they help clear up your insides. I have found that when I have a bowel movement they don't smell as bad. I have a fairly good diet before I started taking the tablets but I have noticed a slight improvement.

Took this product for over a week now. The pills are easy to swallow, no after taste or stomach issues associated with the pills... They are meant to clean out your system with potentially more/easier bowel movements than normal during the first however this was not the case for me. Quite the opposite to be honest! One benefit from the supplement is less hunger due to the high fibre content which I would agree with and as a result, ate less and therefore had less bowel movements! Overall, cant say I noticed a huge difference so would look to cheaper alternative high fibre diets before resorting to pills.

I brought these having recently started a new diet, I have been suffering with very bad constipation and gas. I have tried other brands similar to these on the market currently and they have made no significate, however as this company advertise a high fibre content I didn't want to pass on the opportunity to try them. I'm very glad I did! These are the best fibre supplements I have ever used. After only just a few days I am a lot less gassy and bloated and my bowel habits have improved 10 fold already. I will defiantly be using these again. I also have to say when I say the size of the capsule (they are very big) I thought I was going to have trouble swallowing them as I do have trouble swallowing large tablets, I was wrong. The capsules were very easy to swallow indeed with one gulp of water. Brilliant product from Flawless for men.

I have been using psyllium husks for a while now in a different form but this product said it has higher content so worth a try. The 1470mg is actually based on taking 2 capsules, so in fact its the same as the other one I've already been taking. Having said that, the addition of the flax/chia seed does appear to have made a difference and I do feel less bloated than before after trying these for a week. It also seems to have had a bit of an appetite suppression effect as I'm less hungry than usual, which considering my extra 2 lockdown kilos is a good thing! The brand does seem to be pushing the cosmetic/sexual effects of this product and whilst I do feel cleaner, I think it is actually a stand alone IBS/bloating remedy as well and has worked well for me

Im happy to say that this product has help me with my personal needs. The health benefits of having a fiber supplement is important for my overall health. The quality is perfect and secure. The capsules are easy to swallow with or without water( even though i recommended having some water.) The total effectiveness has been a big positive. I have more energy, lest constipation and no stomach discomfort. Many former supplements I've seen, hear or have used my self tend not to work well or requires more of the supplement. But this product works wonders and is totally worth the price.

I was so exited to find the cheaper alternative for Pure for Men with the same ingredients but it doesn't work for me the same way. It doesn't build a solid stool at all.
