I was pretty skeptical especially after reading the reviews here. But I've used this thing 4 times now and it's OK. It's cheap and it looks and feels cheap. But it works fine and I've had no issues. It's smaller than the pictures make it look so it's probably best for making 1-2 servings at a time. The ceramic coating also looks suspiciously like plain old paint and doesn't look or feel the same as the ceramic coating on the rest of my appliances and pans. But I've had no issue with food sticking yet (though I use a small amount of olive oil when I cook non-oily food). There's no drainage for grease so that's a negative.

These product will put you in a risk of poisoning . I bought it in order to be able to warm my food during a trip. It work very nice , I used it to I warm up my lunch and dinner for 5 days in arrow. The last day I wasn't no able to eat the food, like my body didn't want to get more toxins, I also have constipation during my trip, and that is not normal on me. The day after when I got home I get very…. very sick ( glad that at least I was in home already). I had Nausea and Vomiting, Diarrhea, Not stopping at the beginning then Pupping just blood for the entire week, with very bad abdominal pain and cramping . One of the symptoms was Tenesmus, which was very compulsive and painful sensation to Poo, but it was just Blood! I did some test after five days being in bed and the results come with some traces of Cadmium Poisoning! I believe that this product is not checked for quality before go to the market, this product is made in China.

this has a removable plates that can be washed in the dishwasher and there is no food inside the machine after you used
