Won’t charge
This product charged my hyper ice once and hasn’t done it since. I don’t know why, but it won’t charge anymore.

25.2v, 0.7A if you were wondering
They seem to have blurred out all the important specs from the product photo, at least at the time I'm writing this. The unit I received says its output is 25.2V, 0.7A. This does not match the 24V 1A that the Hypervolt says it needs, but it seems to be close enough to work. I suspect this means it will charge slower than the factory charger, probably by about 30%. It also has a line that says "Charge Battery 21V-26V", which I take to mean that it's current-regulated rather than voltage regulated (this is good, current-regulated power supplies are normally the right choice for charging a battery). The product I received has model number "TF-AC-252-07" printed on it, in case anybody wants to know what's actually being sold in this listing.
