I liked the ocean sound. Rainforest was not relaxing to me. I never use it

Absolutely phenomenal
The ocean waves are highly calming, and the rainforest sounds are out of this world. I believe that this particular rainforest recording was made in the Amazon, and the depth, delicacy and intricacy of the sound is transporting. I find them very relaxing and use them for meditating. If there is a heaven, I hope it sounds like this rainforest!

It helps me to relax and get to sleep at night. Some days it is hard to get to sleep after a long day, this is a nice way help put the day behind me and get some sleep.

Tranquility in a CD! Take one and prepare for peaceful sleep lapping 'round my senses. If I could stay awake at night to listen I'd imagine myself back in Costa Rica listening to the waves.

Thumbs up for Ocean Waves
I have a lot of Jeffrey Thompson recordings, and I'm a big fan. The Ocean Waves CD works not only as an aid to relaxation, but also as sound-absorbing white noise. It cancels out the background racket like nothing else. Amazing.

Very helpful for relaxation

Extremely relaxing
I bought this after my mother passed away and I found it difficult to fall asleep. It certainly did the trick! At first I worried about turning the cd player off before I fell asleep but soon found myself being lost in the mesmerising sounds of both the rainforest and beach. If you love the sound of rainfall as I do, then this will soon send you off to sleep!

got my baby to sleep!
Bought this when my son was a newborn, and it really helped him to sleep. Loads easier on the ear than the white radio noise and vacuum cleaners my husband tried using. In the end we took to playing it all night for our baby's first year of life; helped us to relax too!
