Had an issue with the first one, so I reached out to Galdor's Guild on their website. They were super fast to reply and provide assistance. I sent my order number and pictures of the issue, and they promptly sent me a replacement. Absolutely wonderful customer service, though I wish y'all had off on new years day! As for the chest, it's heavier than I was expecting! The detail is really cool, from the slatted wood to the inner cavity to the adorable teeth and eye. Cute little lock and key included. I absolutely love it! Overall great experience and happy with the outcome and product. Thank you again!

Well it all started out just like any other day a tired mother awaits a package, this my friends is where the adventure origin begins.....the amazon package, you watch as the wife bolts to the door becuase this package is arriving 5 minutes before the esteemed husband arrives whom is slightly obsessed with DND........(rolls for Deception and fails) ok hes got a problem, however it is really easy to get him birthday presents and this my friends is exactly where the mothers tale lay and wait just like this present, sitting in a corner of his shelf nestled in a goblin encampment awaiting for their leader the mighty.......(crap what was his class again?! halfling bard?????) ok well go with the MIGHTY HALFLING BARD destroying his villains one song at a time. When the esteemed BARD arrives he gives the mother a devilish smile unaware of the trick she is about to play, or my friends....is this a treat? He opens the package to find a very fanciful treasure box and the light leaves his eyes the mother rolls for deception again and this time she succeeds "My dear" she slyly blurts out "I feel this beautiful chest will hold your dice quite nicely" he nods his head and begins to place it on his shelf "maybe i can get a ship or something to place next to it" he depressingly responds disregarding the mothers smirk "why not open it my love there may be something inside" the husband ceases movement as curiosity engulfs his face "oh yeah?" he says rather curiously, meanwhile the mother's anticipation burrows itself underneath her stone cold poker face, once the husband finds the beautiful skeleton key he places it in the lock excited to see the gift awaiting him alas the treasure box is opened and the mother calls out " i now need you to roll for initiative" he smirks and rolls succeeding and defeating the mother and the mimic.....look my husband plays alot and i have to listen to the stories which are actually quite good lol but as stated above i made him roll for initiative and now he has claimed the mimic to hold all of his dice, he currently has about 5 sets in there with room for a couple more, when he runs out well ill go on another adventure lol its a great replica and my husband loved it, i would gladly buy it again but i may just buy him a collection of replicas that hold dice ill be looking at this seller for those needs because the shipping was fast and the package was secured rather nicely so trust me when i say i was appreciative :)

Bought for my cousin and he loved it. The outside looks like a standard chests and inside, a detailed mouth of horror. Very happy with it. Wish it was a little bigger but still can hold a few dice sets but honestly might be more fun putting other items in it rather than dice. The quality seemed durable.

This is made of good material and has a good heft to it. It doesn't feel cheapy or fragile at all, even the teeth which I was worried about. The lock works just fine and is made of real metal. There's a good amount of space in it as well. The only thing I'm not super happy with is the paint on the inside. The paint is too bright of a red and looks flat and lifeless. But I've touched it up myself and I really like the box overall!

This was part of my son's funny gift for Yule. We have an inside joke that has to do with black Christmas trees, so this fit really well. My oldest play's DnD and other games that deal with mimic chests, so we were like This will work and hid a few small black Christmas trees in it and some dice, licked it, and then put the key to the lock in his stocking with a note that said save for later. he loved it that it has a nice wight on it and is not just some cheap plastic.

It’s a very sturdy but it came with one of the teeth broken off. I had to superglue it back into place.

High quality, heavy and nicely detailed on the inside.

I was super excited when I saw this pop up on my for me page and I knew I needed to get it as Ive been looking for something similar for a while now. Quality is really good and the design is awesome, however I feel thatbl the handling of the package on route caused some damages. 8 of the teeth were broken off and so was a piece of the outer lid. I still play to use this and can probably fix the broken teeth, im jusr slightly disappointed that I have to

Absolute garbage. Arrived smashed in the box. Its very poorly packaged ceramic. The item itself is crap.

The box itself looks pretty cool. The assembly hardware is not however. When opening and closing the box it felt flimsy. The latch is made of cheap, thin metal. The mounting hardware was all loose and the threaded holes stripped out. I’d give the box design a 4/5 stars, but assembly is a generous 1/5 stars. I’m returning this item.

Like some of the other people who received the item it was cool but several of the team were damaged. Even one of the hinges was loose. The package the box came in looked like it was dropped repeatedly or kicked I guess it was bent out of shape. Not happy with the damage even though the item looked cool.
