I really like this. I’ve used more expensive brands like spoiled child but this works just as well. I notice my hair and skin are better. It tastes good too. Plus Costco carries it occasionally so it just be a good product

Love this! Taste is berry, and it’s pretty good! I take it in the morning (2ounces) I have been taking this for about 4 months and totally notice a difference. Knowing that being liquid it is doing the job. I could never notice a difference when taking a tablet. Try it for the 3 months and you will notice the change!

It's was okay.

Due to thinning hair I thought adding collagen to my regime couldn't hurt. I looked at collagen tablets but there was no way I would be able to track 6 tablets per day and be consistent.
