Sizing is accurate for this underwear. Extremely comfortable and long-lasting with gentle cycle washing. 100% cotton better for female gyn care than artificial or synthetic fabrics. Highly recommend as I've been buying them for over 3 decades, with Black Friday pricing the best value. Lots of pretty colors too :)
