I’ve been using this Hiseeu camera system for a few months now and it’s been absolutely spot on. The picture quality is very clear, even at night, and I find it really handy being able to view the cameras both on the monitor and on my phone when I’m out and about. The motion alerts are quick and accurate – it recognises the difference between people, cars and general movement like leaves, so you don’t get constant false alarms. It’s reassuring to know I’ll only be notified when there’s something that actually needs my attention. Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. I did run into an issue with the hard drive, but I contacted customer support and Jason got back to me straight away. He arranged for a replacement drive to be sent out without any fuss, which was very impressive. Proper good after-sales service. All in all, it’s a great bit of kit for the money and I would recommend it to others.)

I'm very happy with my system, everything was as described and I got it up and running very quickly, the 4 cameras were pre-configured and already linked to the 10" screen which is also the NVR. Next I scanned the 2D barcode and easily setup the Eseecloud App and I could see the cameras on my phone then. I had one issue of my own making because I mounted a camera on a garage that is pretty far from the house so the signal for that one was a little weak, I contacted the email help address and Liana quickly responded, advising me to get a Hiseeu repeater / range extender which was cheap. I plugged that in and the faraway camera signal was strong then, so the support was quick and very knowledgeable. I'm going to get some more camaras as the system can take up to 10 in total. All in all I'm happy with the system, it's great value, the cameras and features are good, phone app works well and the after sales support is great.

I searched lots of different cctv systems and reviews and the Hisseu range seemed to be a good choice. So simple to set up as described just plug and play enter WiFi code and then set up to how you want it. I also bought the 30x zoom camera to go with the package of 5mp cameras. Day viewing is excellent and night vision is really good too especially if you have flood lights then the camera footage is very clear even in just infrared mode. Had few teething issues with automatic following so sent an email in and Jason clearly sent back detailed pictures and information on how to set up and now all working great. Downside is push notifications are slow to arrive to your phone sometimes up to 10 minutes. Overall this is a really great cctv system and would definitely recommend with a good price tag. Sound quality is great it picks up well as we tested this out on all cameras and can pick up from fair distance too. Camera quality is great,night time you have the option to have lights come on making full colour night vision,this system really does what it says and extremely happy with it. One last thing the wireless distance is superb as picks up one of the cameras situated in garden that's atleast 50ft away with medium strength. Would definitely buy from Hiseeu again !!

A good cctv system for the price. Easy setup and install. I've easily added cameras from a previous system. I'm also pleased with the night vision mode, area dection setting and the motion tracking. The system on the whole is very intuitive and easy to operate. I know that I've only this system for a month now, but I'm well impressed and would recommend 👌

It really is a plug-n-play system. Everything works straight away and my cameras are spread out around the house and no real issues with signal. Also great quality footage from the cameras. There’s a couple of issues for me though. Firstly the HDD is very noisy! It’s two rooms away from our bedroom and we can hear it at night. Think of a 90’s PC tower and the noise of the disk drive working away. Really annoying. My last system made over a decade ago was silent. I also notice a bit of jumping when streaming either live or recorded footage. It’s ok when you view it on the device itself but on your mobile through the app, there’s a bit of jumping. (I’m just about to upgrade the Ethernet cable to a higher class to try and stop this). Finally the app: occasionally has adverts when you load it up (which is frustrating) and I can imagine it being a bit complicating to use for some users. The basics are easy enough, but anything a little more complex like movement notifications etc throw even me. It could all be slicker. All in all, it’s a decent product for the money but has a few areas which are a bit of a let down. Super easy to install though, so for a novice it’s ideal. You can ignore all the complex stuff if you want.

Purchased NEW Hiseeu CCTV Camera system in Sept 2024 - cameras are reasonable quality but am very disappointed to report that the 1TB HDD supplied in the system only lasted 13 months and has been problematical for last 6 months - the 1TB HDD kept resetting / reformatting every few days and finally died just 2 months out of warranty! HISEEU Support emailed info to remove and test HDD ( it was for the wrong system / size of drive) but more concerning was that upon removal I found the drive manufacture date was 2016 with a secondary sticker also present retesting the drive in 2018 - it therefore appears that the HDD was either really old stock or most likely a refurb!! The support email also provided a link (which did not work) for a replacement drive (wrong size) so I’ve now had to order a replacement drive from Amazon to get the system working again. Needless to say I did not expect to have to repair the system so soon and I’m not happy at all with the situation or quality of product or service at all - I therefore cannot recommend!!

Sie ist wetterfest und hält Regen, Wind und Kälte problemlos stand – ideal für den ganzjährigen Einsatz im Freien. Die Bildqualität überzeugt bei Tag und Nacht gleichermaßen. Besonders die Nachtsicht liefert klare, detailreiche Aufnahmen. Auch die Bewegungserkennung funktioniert zuverlässig, ohne ständig Fehlalarme auszulösen. Per App bekomme ich sofort Benachrichtigungen und kann jederzeit auf das Livebild zugreifen – auch von unterwegs. Die Einrichtung war einfach und die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet. Ein großes Plus: Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Ich hatte eine Rückfrage zur Einrichtung und bekam innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass man bei Bedarf Unterstützung bekommt. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Kamera für den Außenbereich – technisch zuverlässig, benutzerfreundlich und mit einem Service, der den Unterschied macht.

Funciona perfectamente, gran calidad de imagen, el color funciona incluso de noche gracias a u unas luces led que se encienden cuando detectan movimiento. Si está opción está apagada funciona con infrarrojos en blanco y negro. Las cámaras las puedes configurar para que sigan el objetivo en caso de movimiento. Que suene con alarma o se enciendan los focos. También tienen micrófono para que puedas escuchar desde tu móvil lo que está pasando. Se configura con facilidad y en caso de dudas el proveedor te los soluciona rápidamente. La atención al cliente es de un 10. Si duda volveré a comprar aquí.

Per rinnovare il sistema di videosorveglianza, ho acquistato il kit Hiseeu comprendente uno schermo-monitor con HD da 3 tera premontato. Nel kit sono comprese 4 telecamere ma io ne ho acquistate altre due aggiuntive, di cui una a pannelli solari. Il materiale è di buona qualità e arriva completo di manuali in italiano, cavi alimentatori, tasselli per fissaggio a muro e addirittura, per la telecamera a pannelli solari, di dime per fare i fori. Il collegamento monitor-telecamere è stato istantaneo e automatico anche per le telecamere aggiuntive e non ho avuto problemi nel collegamento. E’ importante il vantaggio di custodire le registrazioni delle telecamere su un HD che tengo in casa e non su schedine SD inserite nelle telecamere (cosa comunque possibile) soggette a danni o manomissioni. Oltre che da monitor, le telecamere sono controllabili anche da una apposita app da tenere sullo smartphone. Se volete è anche possibile installare un programma su PC che vi consente di controllare le telecamere dall’ufficio o dalla casa delle vacanze: bisogna chiedere il link per scaricarlo all’assistenza che mi ha risposto nel giro di un giorno e in italiano. Scrivo la recensione dopo due settimane di uso e devo dire che tutto funziona perfettamente nonostante le telecamere siano anche state esposte a alcuni giorni di pioggia. Qualche consiglio: - anche se è possibile fare tutto via WiFi, io ho collegato il monitor direttamente al router tramite cavo ethernet. - prima di montare le telecamere effettuate un collegamento di prova vicino al monitor: questo vi permetterà di controllare se sono ben funzionanti e stabilirà il riconoscimento che poi rimarrà in memoria anche quando staccherete tutto e monterete le telecamere in giro per casa - quando avviate il monitor alla prima installazione o dopo che è stato spento dovete dare tempo al sistema di settarsi e alle telecamere di creare “ponti” di collegamento tra di loro. Ciò richiede un po’ di tempo durante il quale alcune telecamere possono essere indicate come scollegate.: nel mio caso (6 telecamere, tutte fuori casa) ci può volere anche 15-20 minuti quindi non conviene accendere e spegnere continuamente il monitor (il solo schermo può essere spento) - visto che le telecamere possono funzionare ad alta definizione, controllate di avere un abbonamento internet sufficientemente potente altrimenti le telecamere si setteranno su una definizione minore (modificabile)

J'ai acheté ce modèle il y a 1 mois pour remplacer mon ancien système ("Yeskamo 4 cam fixes 2 MP, HDD 2 To + 12 pouces" de 2017). L'installation est très simple, les caméras se connectent automatiquement en wifi. La portée Wifi est bonne et meilleure que sur mes anciennes caméras. Je découvre avec Hiseeu les caméras rotatives et le son, ces 2 fonctions sont un réel vrai plus que je n'avais pas auparavant. La qualité d'image est bonne et le moniteur 12" est ce qu'il faut au minimum, ayant eu un 12" auparavant je n'ai pas fait l'erreur de prendre plus petit. Aucun souci avec l'appli mobile Android ou avec la visualisation web sur pc. Les caméras possèdent aussi : haut-parleurs, sirènes et flashes. Le disque dur me semble un peu bruyant, il faudra donc éviter de l'installer dans la chambre, pour ma part il est dans le salon comme l'ancien. Il est possible de rajouter des caméras supplémentaires, ce qui peut être particulièrement intéressant. Le SAV répond rapidement, ce qui est rassurant si besoin.
