RX WELD #12 Ceramic (Twin Pack) White TIG Welding Cups

I am not sure where these are made (maybe China??) I try to support American made and usually buy Furick cups. I wanted to try some different cups and gas lenses so I purchase several different kits from RX because they were very reasonably priced. I was pleased they worked fine. They do seam to crack easier than the furick cup if bumped and feel a little lighter weight. I wanted to say they were no good, but they worked fine. If your a hobbyist trying to save a buck don't be scared to buy these cups.

Loved using these was devastated when I dropped my torch and they shattered. Great product but fragile(which is understandable for the materials necessary), be careful.

I tig stainless food grade and pharm grade for my job. 16ga to 7ga for 85% of the time. Company only provides #8 cups and smaller. After going through 3 furick cups, I bought these for work. After 2 weeks, cup and diffuser are still going. The diffuser construction is low quality. I wish it was 3/32" as well. It is what it is. They are 1/2 the price of furick.

Nothing but good to say about these cups, Don't buy the high dollar ones, these do as good if not better. Highest recommendation buy extra of these so others won't borrow thenAs good keep.

As posted by others, the screens leave a little to be desired as far has how they fit into the cups. That being said, these work really well.

I bought the clear set of #12. I tried for a long time to get these on and no luck. It’s like the rubber bands are too fat. I tried using some lube and everything. I finally just gave up. Also the metal sleeve doesn’t fit tightly so would likely fall off easily. Too bad I will never be able to test that with real use.

For a professional welder, these are not that great. Better to just stick with name brand. The mesh is cheap and awkward, making me doubt that it provides proper airflow for gas coverage. I had to crank up the gas higher than normal and I was still getting oxidation that I normally would never get. If you are a welder who works for a company that doesn't care about quality, these are great. Or, if you are a welder that sucks and doesn't care about quality, like most of the guys I have worked with, these will also be great.

Works great. Good gas coverage. Fit is on point.

This ceramic gas lens works as it is supposed to and costs very little. I bought it to shorten the head of my torch for getting in right spaces.
