So far so good, first time trying this product.

I was not sure this would what was advertised, I a, 65+ yrs old and still work out regularly, within 1 month I noticed an increase in strength and amount of weight I could lift and the increase in time I could actually lift and work out, I would recommend this to anyone.

Added for sleep.

I thought these vitamins seemed fine at first and didn't seem too make me hyper. After I took it while they may have contributed too my insomnia and made it really hard too fall a sleep. I've had to stop using them.

I am 66 years old but, I definitely felt a difference, more awareness and vitality after taking this product for just a few days.
