Formula 303 is an amazing relaxer product alleviating multiple ailment's for me. Those complications consisting of general pain relief helping with the relaxation after a long day's work. In addition to helping with relaxation, it helps with my (non-diabetic) neuropathy, focus, and my quality of life outlook. It's definitely worth the price, even though I've run out and can't afford to buy more right now. Hopefully Dee Cee will see my review and help me out with my next bottle (250/count) purchase. I work in the film industry as a boom operator. In a nutshell, I spend a great deal of my 12+ hour long days with my arms over my head. A few years ago I was booming a scene where the Director kept making us do the scene over and over again without cutting. I had the boom extended out nearly 25 feet with one of the heaviest microphones inside of the full wind protection rig at the end of the pole for many, many minutes. It was during this scene that my shoulder started hurting terribly. For years I've felt pain daily and ibuprofin only helps a bit. I've tried muscle simulators (Tens machine) and various kinds of professional massage techniques from many professionals and they help but are expensive. I make excellent money but feel it getting worse over time and know my time in this career will be short if I don't do anything. I have a comfortable bed but it's not comforting enough to relax me into full REM rest at night. Desperate I turned to Amazon and ran a search for muscle relaxing pills then sorted for those with highest consumer rating which brought me to this product. When my call times put my morning commute right in the middle of rush hour, I leave my house early and sleep inside my car in crew parking. That means that I still get up at 5AM to drive in then sleep in my car a few hours. Don't judge, it works for me the way I do it. The pills arrived around two weeks ago and it says the dosage is two pills. I eagerly took two about 5 hours before I had my alarm set. I laid down and was out a few minutes later. The next thing that happened was I was dopey and looking at the window with sunlight behind it. I flung awake and noticed that I had overslept by 2 hours. I left the house minutes later and endured a 95 minute commute instead of the 25 minute commute it would have been if I left at 5:20AM as planned. I checked all my alarms before leaving and all 4 had been set. I just turned them off in my sleep. That night I made a point to set each of my 4 alarms again then took my two pills. Guess what? I overslept by 2 hrs 15 mins and had to endure a morning commute 4X longer than normal again. Yet again, I turned off my alarms in my sleep. That was a Friday so that night I went to sleep again after taking two more pills. Awesome! These pills work quite well for me. I've since learned that 1 is all I should take on a work night but 2 works great any other night. I'm nicely relaxed when I wake up and my muscles aren't sore for the first few hours in the day. Side note, as I go to sleep at night, I coat my shoulder with a heavy amount of Biofreeze. The combo fully relaxes and helps reset my shoulder. Before I started taking these pills, it soothed the muscle but didn't relax. I'm very pleased with these pills and plan to continue to use them.

This product is amazing. I have used this product for years. I was first introduced from my holistic chiropractor 20 years ago and always keep a bottle available. I do not use medication for anything, even aspirin. I have used it for headaches, stress and currently I am in the process of healing my nervous system and I am having to use it daily, and it is working great. I know all things do not work for everyone, but for me this was a blessing.

Formula 303 was recommended by my chiropractor and it is amazing! I have been taking it for over a year for neck pain (from a horse injury 20 years ago). It eases the pain and helps me achieve restful sleep. I also take it for occasional nervousness. I do find that it works best if I take a dose or two throughout the day, and then a dose at bedtime. It smells exactly like the valerian plants in my garden (very stinky), but it reassures me that it actually includes true valerian root. Therefore, I don’t mind the smell at all—because it’s so effective.

The best! We have been taking these for years to help with stress, sleep, and/or pain. Never have had any side affects after all these years either. We always rely on 303's to get us through the tough times. Gave my neighbor some because she had constant back pain, and they really helped her after one day!!--better than any prescription that makes you drowsy or fuzzy headed. Taken in the evening, they will help you sleep.

I have atypical migraines meaning I primarily have pain in my face (eyes, ears, jaw, sore throat, forehead, sensitivity to light). I am triggered by rain, snow, cold and general atmospheric changes so I've been looking for something for prevention when I see several days of rain the in forecast. I am finding that 8 tablets a day (2 at each meal and 2 at bedtime) generally keeps the migraines at bay or at least down to a minimum so that I don't have to take my prescription medication. This is a way to reduce the need for prescription medication while simply relaxing the muscles in my face. I have taken Formula 303 for many years now and it's one thing I am careful never to run out of!

It's a very good producrr

Been using these tabs for years, very good as a sleep aid and insomnia. Non-habit forming and work great. During the day they help me with tension and at night I sleep like a baby. I just use 1, I've tried 2 before and they leave me groggy during the day, maybe good for those with trouble sleeping.

I have purchased this product many times over the past few years and I can say that it does provide some relief from spasticity, but I find that I need to take a great deal of the product to actually realize the benefit. It is not without odor, and there is a lingering taste. That said, it did provide some relief, and for that I am grateful.
