2600W Portable Steam Cleaner

This unit is easy to use. It also produces an adequate amount of steam. I like the fact the water supply can be a bucket or any container. Liked it so much I gave to my daughter. I have just purchased a second unit for myself.

The Item Is Not Working after a few uses. I am very disappointed 😥I am writing to address a persistent issue I have encountered with the Moongiantgo steam machine, which has led me to purchase the product twice. Initially, I was drawn to the innovative concept and functionality of the Moongiantgo steam machine, prompting my first purchase. However, the machine unexpectedly ceased to function within a relatively short period. Hoping it was an isolated incident, I decided to give the product another chance and purchased a second unit through Amazon. Regrettably, I find myself in the same predicament with the second machine. Once again, it suddenly stopped working, leaving me puzzled and frustrated. I am reaching out to you because, despite my attempts, I have been unable to resolve these issues or find any support channels. I had hoped that the malfunction was a one-time occurrence with the first machine, but the repetition of the problem with the second purchase suggests a recurring issue that needs attention. I genuinely wanted to enjoy the benefits of your product, and I am disappointed to find myself in a situation where the steam machine is non-functional, and there seems to be no recourse for assistance. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I am eager to find a resolution, whether through guidance on how to repair the machine or any available support channels. Clear communication on these issues will not only assist me but also contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and trust in Moongiantgo products.

Best steamer I've had. Don't probably have with it just the start and stop button burnt up Wish would still work

This machine is garbage. Do not buy it. I used it right away when I got it and it seemed to work. Pulled it out a second time to use it again and it just leaks water everywhere and does not produce steam. Buy something else! EDIT : I contacted the company and they sent me a new device no questions asked and the new one works great. I am very appreciative of their great customer service. Thank you!

It worked for awhile. As professional car detailer at a dealership I ordered one to see how it worked. So I did two dirty cars inside only. I was using it one day and it quite sickening up water. I ordered another to try out.

Updated: 12-9-2021 After my initial review the seller contacted me almost immediately. The seller made every effort to make my experience right. It was explained to me that my unit was most likely defective and is not supposed to operate in the manner depicted in my review. And the seller did everything to make it right. I am very please with the attention the seller gave me to address my problem. My star rating has more to do with the customer service than it does with the product. I would add that this product is not designed for the tasks I needed to complete. Their product line is geared towards the small / medium home projects and not on the scale I was requiring. If I had small-scaled jobs that I needed to avoid harsh cleaners I would use this product. ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased this Moongiantgo 1700W High Pressure Steam Cleaner Hand-held Portable Steam Cleaning Machine to assist with the cleaning of oil and grime. Think of a dirty bathtub or the marine industry; that will be a good representation of the cleaning tasks I need a solution for. Now, I am aware of commercial-based steam cleaners, but my budget cannot afford the thousands of dollars one would need to spend on those types of solutions. My first impression; I wanted, no needed, this to work! I have the luxury of using cleaning chemicals, so this tool was to expedite the cleaning process (much like a power washer performs when cleaning your sidewalk or automobile) and not necessarily provide a chemical-free experience. The result: This device performed poorly! And I gave it every opportunity! So much in fact, I had witnesses during my cleaning demonstration that told me to STOP as gave this product more than a couple chances to win me (and them over). I re-read the manual, readjusted fittings, used some of the additional accessories; but in the end, this tool performed worse than using a common household cleaner and a little bit of elbow grease. Darn it! Its back to the drawing board for a solution. I could simply write about the experience and the product’s result. But I have learned long ago with Amazon reviews… Nothing beats photographic evidence. And in my case, video proof. I have an outside porch area that has been neglected from a cleaning perspective. Dirt, pet dirt, pet hair, mud, rain, and foot traffic. This area hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. I figured, what a great test for this product. I used a household chemical, plastic bristle brush and a little bit of effort to clean a small area. Within minutes the “old school” method worked like a charm. Right next to this area, I used the Moongiantgo 1700 Watt High Pressure Steam Cleaner Hand-held Portable Steam Cleaning Machine… Prepare to be underwhelmed. I am shocked at the lack of any type of impact or cleaning affect this product has. Now, to be fair, I first started on some stained fabrics on an outdoor seat cushion and the product was able (as far as I could tell) to tackle the fabric stains. I would say the cleaning process removed 98% of the stains. However, the attempt was long and repetitive; and not the wave of a wand “magic” I was hoping for. This tool is not for large scale jobs, and quite frankly, if cleaning is the objective, you are better off with liquid-based solutions, cleaners, and a little bit of effort. I was sadly disappointed, and you will be too. Anyone giving this Moongiantgo 1700W High-Pressure Steam Cleaner Hand-held Portable Steam Cleaning Machine a rating of 2-stars or more IS SUSPECT! If your cleaning tasks are bigger than a bread box, this is not the tool for you. And quite frankly, way overpriced for what you would expect. If I had one purpose for this review; that purpose would be to convince all future product review readers to move on a look for something else. Don’t believe me. I am using this in a restaurant as deep cleaning. Working fantastic. The great thing is no need refill, you keeping going. I wish they have 3.4kw one.
