Bocote (Cordia Gerascanthus) is an exotic Tropical Hardwood native to Mexico, Central America, and the West Indies. It features a wide range of grain patterns from straight to wild, with curved lines and swirls. The color ranges from golden brown to tan to golden yellow. It is a hard, heavy, and dense wood, strong and stiff, with a medium texture. The grain is straight to wild, with curved lines and swirls. Some consider it the most unique wood grain there is. Janka Hardness Rating: 2200. Mongo Muddler's come in two sizes: Mongo Muddlers are 1-3/8" diameter by 9" long. (This is my favorite size.) Slim Mongo Muddlers are 1" diameter by 12" long. Many Mongo Muddler's are in stock. If so they will be shipped immediately. If at the time of your order it is out of stock it will be custom made to order and shipped with five days.
