Works great and looks like the original. You may need to perform the simple re-sync if your remote control doesn't work out of the box. An easy internet search will give you the information to connect your new remote.

Works great, features such as pointer and some voice commands work well. There are a few occasions where it will not recognize a command or voice. Still learning, but overall happy. Remote is sleek and slim, simple, spaced out buttons compared to other remotes where buttons are clumped together. Happy with this purchase. It's in use with a LG 2023 75in Smart TV

Very good, it’s working well

So far, so good. This is the actual original remote replacement for an LG TV. The buttons feel exactly like the one that came with the TV. Be wary of knockoffs (first pic) that LOOK like originals but are cheaply made, especially the wheel button. This one is the real deal. Make sure it has the LG logo on the bottom. (Second pic)

Everything with this remote had worked fine, except for one thing... THE WHEEL GOES FLAT!! By that I mean that the wheel on the remote (used to navigate up & down) eventually falls into the remote, I spend at least a couple hours trying to fix it. To no avail. Luckily the first 2 remotes broke within 30 days (SO I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THEM, AND GET THEM REPLACED FOR FREE... BOTH TIMES) I figured I'd give it the remote from this manufacturer, three tries. THE THIRD REMOTE, I received FROM THIS MANUFACTURER JUST BROKE AGAIN!! SAME THING, THE WHEEL WENT FLAT AND CAVED INTO THE REMOTE...FOR THE THIRD TIME!!! Unfortunately IT BROKE AFTER 39 DAYS. SO I CAN'T SEND IT IN FOR A REPLACEMENT, I CAN'T REMEMBER, BUT, I THINK THIS MANUFACTURER IS THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER OF THE REMOTE MANUFACTURED BY "LG" I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE REMOTE WHEEL HAS FAILED SO EASILY. I HAVE A "LG CX T.V. FROM 2021" THE REMOTE THAT CAME WITH MY TV LASTED 3 YEARS (and the wheel never broke) THE ONLY REASON I REPLACED THE ORIGINAL, WAS THE PRINT ON THE BUTTONS FADED AWAY, AND I GOT TIRED OF EXPLAINING WHAT BUTTON WAS WHAT TO EVERYONE. SO I GAVE MY ORIGINAL REMOTE AWAY TO A FRIEND OF MINE, WHOSE DOG HAD EATEN HIS REMOTE (guess the dog was jealous, that the remote got more attention, than he did. lol) I CAN SEE WHY, IT'S A FACKING AWESOME TV! SO, NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M GOING TO DO... I HAVE BEEN USING THE "LG REMOTE APP", ON MY PHONE AS A REMOTE. ITS COOL, BUT TIES UP MY PHONE WHEN SOMEONE ELSE IS USING THE TV SO I STILL NEED A BACKUP, CUZ' WHAT IF MY FRIENDS DOG EATS MY PHONE? OR I ACCIDENTALLY BREAK MY PHONE? SO I GUESS I'M GOING TO LOOK INTO BUYING ANOTHER REMOTE AGAIN, UNFORTUNATELY. UNLESS... AMAZON OR LG CHIMES IN AND SAYS "HEY WE WILL REPLACE YOUR REMOTE FOR FREE," OR I WAS HOPING LG WOULD HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE TWO THAT SPECIFIC REMOTE MODEL, HAVE SOMETHING MORE UPDATED, OR A REFUND WOULD BE NICE... REPLACEMENT REMOTE NOT GREAT, THE ORIGINAL REMOTE SHOULD HAVE SOME TYPE OF CLEAR COAT OVER THE BUTTONS, SO THE INK DOESN'T FADE. THE TV THOUGH... IS FREAKING AWESOME!!

Like the title says, it works really well... till it dropped about 2 feet onto a plastic lid and stopped working entirely. Dont get me wrong, these remotes work perfectly well as long as they work. And the price is actually a great deal as they are less than $20 when i bought it. Syncing them to the tv is fairly easy, once you actually find how to do it as it is not included in the paperwork that comes with the remote. The design of the remote is basically identical to the original remote that came with the tv so nothing new to figure out there.

Actually works! Finally a remote that actually works my LG TV, like all the buttons work.... not just 3.

Great seller, after the 1st item didn't get delivered (no fault of the seller) they immediately engaged and resent a replacement which was 1st class service. The remote is original and works really well, the seller also included a simple instruction to repair. Cannot recommend this seller enough 5 stars

Mando original para mi LG OLED: funciona a la perfección, responde rápido y tiene todos los botones donde deben estar. Muy cómodo de usar y de buena calidad. Totalmente recomendable si necesitas un repuesto o sustitución.
