Sturdy and Size Accomodates Even the Feta during drying
I should have used this mold for making feta as the lid clamps down and you can weight it with the appropriate weights during the drying process and whey exuding Great mold for hard cheeses too that I bought two of them

I like the size and that it has the pressing plate on the top. I would give it 5* if it also had drain holes on the sides

Maybe a defect? NOT A GOOD CHEESE MOLD I RECEIVED.
Theres a 1/4 inch gap between the mould and the lid, all the way around, so when you press the cheese it overflows, maybe a defect... im pissed with the product, i want my money back!!!!!!!!!
