Let me tell y’all something about PUR gum because this stuff is a game changer for me. I’m going to open with the ONLY drawbacks, and these are that the flavor unfortunately does not last super long and it does get a bit tough after 10-15 minutes of chewing. Now to the pros: 1. Flavors taste good. Personal favorites are the bubblegum and spearmint but all are nice. 2. Makes my mouth actually feel clean. I don’t know how to fully describe it except that cheaper gums leave a filmy, sugary feeling in my mouth sometimes. None of that here. 3. Keeps my breath fresh. I am super anal about how I smell, and my breath is no exception. If I’m eating anything or finished with my coffee, I am 100% chewing some of this after. Especially at work when I can’t count on running to the bathroom to brush my teeth all the time. 4. XYLITOL. Now this is where I’m real passionate about this gum so listen up. Xylitol is an amazing little molecule for many reasons. It allegedly improves saliva production, and I do personally feel my mouth is much more moist during and after chewing (even when I’m a lil dehydrated). It also has proven oral health benefits, as it is a sugar that CANNOT BE FERMENTED BY MANY BACTERIA. While there is still a lot of research that needs to be done in proving all of these claims, I can give you my personal story. I’ve struggled for my whole life with serious plaque buildup on my tongue. It has made me SO self conscious in the past, as I’ve tried tongue scraping, mouthwashes, toothpastes, just about everything. No matter what I do or eat, it comes back every morning (and sometimes during the day) with a vengeance. Finally, I saw that chewing xylitol gum can help with plaque causing bacteria, which is why I tried PUR gum in the first place. Let me tell you, the difference is wild. After chewing this stuff a few times a day and with no other changes to my routine, I have SIGNIFICANTLY less plaque buildup on my tongue each morning. And when I say significantly less, I mean there used to be a nasty, visible film to scrape off every morning and now there is little to none. I no longer have any buildup during the day or persistent patches that I struggle to brush off. I am so happy that I found this gum!! TLDR: if you’re chewing just for flavor/texture, don’t get this stuff. If you’re chewing to have a clean feeling mouth and noticeably reduce oral bacteria then buy it now!!

Our family went sugar free and wanted a Aspartame free gum. We had previously tried peppermint, spearmint and cinnamon flavors but wanted to try the other so we bought the big variety pack. Boy worth this fun tasting all the flavors. The flavors are really good. Some of the flavors stay a little longer than the others, but the flavors are great. Our favorite is the chocolate mint which we were a little hesitate about but it was so good. My daughter described it as mint chocolate chip ice cream. Now our top 3 flavors are the chocolate mint, cinnamon, and bubble gum but they are all good. But just determines what mood we're in to determine which flavor we will grab.

Okay so if you’re looking for gum with long lasting flavor, this isn’t for you. However, this gum is always a hit for me! I love that my mouth feels fresh instead of nasty and sugary after chewing it. The initial taste is really good and strong. The gum is a perfect texture, not too hard and not too soft during and after chewing. It also feels healthier and keeps your mouth feeling and smelling nice! And if you’re like me and sometimes just need something to chew instead of munching on snacks, this will definitely do the trick.

Just thought I'd try to review each flavor individually. But before I start, I have to say that in general, I think the mint flavors are best. They last the longest due to the cooling sensation, and do the best job freshening the breath. However, in general, the flavor doesn't last as long as sugared gum or aspartame/acesulfame K gum. I've not noticed any kind of G.I upset from chewing these, and I often chew several pieces a day. But I know some people can be sensitive to xylitol, so bear that in mind. As for the flavors: Cool mint- not a big fan of this one. It has a slightly bitter flavor to it, kind of like a cucumber mint taste. It lasts decently long. EDIT: my experience the second time around was much better, with a nice fresh mint and no bitter aftertaste. I guess I got a bad batch the first time. Spearmint- very tasty, very fresh, one of the longest lasting. It's one of my favorites. Wintermint- it's also long lasting, but has an aftertaste I'm not crazy about. To be fair, I'm not a big fan of wintermint flavor in most things. If you're a fan of wintermint, this might be for you. Peppermint- a strong, clean bite, very fresh and long lasting. It has a true-to-peppermint flavor. This is also a favorite. Pomegranate mint- this one is a surprise favorite, with the fruity flavor wonderfully complimenting the mint, which is lighter than the other mints. The pomegranate flavor is bright and strong, and lasts a decent amount of time. I have found that the flavor lasting time can vary from piece to piece, but I suppose that's to be expected. Bubblegum- I really want to like this one. The base bubblegum flavor is pretty good, but this flavor lasts the shortest time, and once the flavor is gone, it tastes kinda rubbery. Cinnamon- this one is pretty good. It's not a super strong cinnamon, but it definitely warms me up a bit and is as good for freshening breath as the mint ones. It's becoming one of my favorites, and easier to chew on a winter day 😉 It lasts decently long. Chocolate mint- I actually got this pack intending to try this one, as I'd had most of these before. And I'm glad I did. This one is surprisingly tasty, with a good full bodied chocolate flavor and a perfect hit of mint. Both flavors are well balanced, and when the chocolate disappears, the mint lingers. It lasts about as long as the pomegranate mint. So would I recommend these? Definitely, especially if you love chewing gum but don't want all the extra sugar. And buying them in bulk like this is pretty economical, as this bundle is much cheaper per pack than buying them in store. If you're new to Pur, I'd recommend starting with the mint flavors first. Honestly, im kinda shocked with this gum. Before my teeth were very sensitive to hot and cold and hurt to chew on one side. I had 2 in the back that needed root canals, but the last RC didnt help so I was putting off the dentist. I saw the tiktoks so I got the gum and have been using it consistently. My teeth feel stronger and my sensitive is freaking gone. I can actually chew on that side of my mouth now. Even crunchy stuff! Now to build my jaw muscle on that side, lol. Maybe my face wont look off because one side has muscle and one doesn't 😂 I feel like the value is great! You get a lot with the 3 pack and quality for me it great. They all taste good, they last awhile and dont leave a funky aftertaste. I just bought another 3 pack for my sons stocking! The 3 pack comes with cinnamon, which is my favorite! Spearmint and mint. All awesome!

I decided to try PUR Gum because I really liked the idea of having an aspartame free chewing gum. I have to admit, the mint flavors are excellent ; very refreshing, long lasting, and exactly what I want in a gum. If I could buy only the mint varieties, I definitely would, because they are worth it. However, not all flavors are enjoyable. For example, the chocolate flavor was very unpleasant to me, and I honestly regret trying it. It left an odd aftertaste and did not feel like gum at all. I think PUR should focus on improving or removing those off flavors, because otherwise it’s a solid product with good ingredients. For now, I give it 3 stars since my experience was mixed.

I have not tried a flavor that I did not like. I am definitely partial to the cinnamon, but my son likes all the other ones and I really like that It is healthy for his teeth. We order these every month

I really like this gum! It has clean, few ingredients and xylitol to protect/fight against cavities. This would make such a great gift for anyone who is pregnant (more susceptible to cavities). The packaging is done well and the gum pieces are uniform and appealing. The flavor does not last a very long time, but the initial flavor is so good! It is a perfect little sweet or refreshing treat after a meal or mid-day to freshen breath. There have been times that I have continued to chew it longer and the texture does not become weird or gross. Quality gum and will purchase again!
