Wonderful, versatile product
Love this! I'm constantly buying fresh spring onions, only to have them go bad before I get to use them. These dried spring onions are perfect. I drop them in soups, salad dressings, and all manner of cooking... They rehydrate quickly and add extra flavor to your dishes. I'll definitely be buying again.

Delicious Additive!!
I bought these specifically to make onion dip for potato chips. A local brand here is no more! Now I don’t want French Onion Dip! I want Green Onion Dip!! So hard to find. I was buying Wise Green Inion Dip Mix in pouches for $4 each to add to 8oz of sour cream. It is very good. While I was looking on Amazon I found these!! How perfect! I just add some to the sour cream.. stir it up… put it back in the fridge for awhile and voila! Perfect Green Onion Dip!! I have put this in my crock pot stews… on pot roast. It’s great in potato salad! Great with cream cheese on my bagel. I’m going to put some in my soup next time I make some. I’m sure there is no end to the possibilities that I can use this for. It is absolutely awesome!!

Love them but...
I love these and I've bought several varieties. However, I feel they're slightly overpriced for the amount you receive

Lighthouse freeze dried
I like Lighthouse freeze dry now the bottles look small it might seem that kind of expensive but when your sprinkle it in you know your food and it's just me I usually get the spring onion and the jalapenos chopped up and I have about the Red Onion also and I don't know if I bought I think I bought some garlic in it too but yeah it's good and if the bottle is too small for you and you got a big family and you're going to use the whole bottle up in two servings of dinner you know making dinner might not be convenient for you but it's for me because it's just me and when I buy stuff a lot of stuff gets wasted so if it's freeze dried you know I don't worry it's it's always going to be okay and that's why I like it

This product is great for IBS patients. The only way i can eat onions, and I like well seasoned foods.
