I was very pleased with He Came to Set the Captives Free. Shipping was prompt, and the book arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition, with no damage to the cover or pages. I finished this book in less than a week during my spare time. I love the transparency of this book and how she kept it real and raw. I’m sure she couldn’t fit everything into one book but she did well with the information she packed in. The insight was needed as a daughter of Christ and someone who is learning how to fight spiritually. I would recommend this book, this does not replace The Holy Bible it is another tool that you could read to help you understand and know how the other world operates.

My mom and I have been undergoing a prayer and walk life revival. This is Biblical. She incorporates many verses. She is parting the veil for Christians... the true Church. Many are content with their lives and miss the danger therein. The enemy wants us to feel powerless and hopeless and out of control... and we were. We are adopted children of God. In Jesus' Name we are part of His sonship and share in His Inheritance- to be in constant connection to Him from the point of acceptance of Jesus into our hearts... on through eternity. Pastor Bryan ignored it for 8 years until the other pastor called him just a week before he was struck with spiritual warfare. We are called to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves... to our neighbors. But we are called to pray and live close with our God and Savior. I read my mom's copy but loved it so much I ordered one for me so I can revisit it and make notes to refer to. I also bought it and gifted it to a friend. Wake up O sleeper. Jesus has been death to death itself. Our God is bigger, our God is stronger, and He is mighty to save. Take your thoughts captive and weigh them to the Truth. God equips us. Use what He has given those before us. May God open the eyes and heart of anyone who reads this book. I pray His blessings and protection over you all.

I absolutely love this book. It's so eye opening and wise. I appreciate her vulnerability in this book tho the characters names are changed for safety purposes. The crazy warfare these ladies went through is insane but just shows how close to God we have to be and how much God is always there to protect, grow, and see us through difficult situations.

This book was so informative. It’s really for those that are aware of spiritual warfare and want an understanding of how to better equip themselves for battle. It might be too much for someone who is new to Christ or who is unaware of spiritual warfare however I’d recommend this book to every Christian in their walk. It really made me become more aware of the occult and have the urge to pray the blood of Jesus over my family daily. As long as you are consistent in your walk… no weapon formed against you shall prosper. I believe books like these are tools to expose satan in his tracks.

This book is POWERFUL!!! I highly suggest that you PRAY and ask God to give you discernment before you read this book. Keep an open mind along the way. Read scriptures along the way. Don't be quick to believe the skeptical! This book is an amazing read. I could not put it down!!! I highly suggest it to those who are looking to engage in spiritual warfare. Take heed, this book is not for the weak.

The book is amazing.

I read this book when it first came out. I had an interest in spiritual warfare but was advised, wrongly, by my then pastor to leave spiritual warfare where it was. I was a bit sceptical of some of the claims made in the book because of influence by other people who as it turned out knew nothing about spiritual warfare so shouldn't have said anything. 12 years ago God called me to the spiritual warfare ministry and I can only say this book ties in exactly with things I have read in many, many books and personal experience. I had thrown the book away but didn't hesitate to buy it again and its money well spent. I highly recommend this book because I can state by personal experience that these things do happen. If you want to know what most churches don't teach and in fact deny happens then buy this book. Once you have asborbed what is in this book and when it has changed your reality into the reality of God, of what is actually happening around you then you may never view your church or your pastor with the same eyes again because you will find what they teach is weak and watered down. This book is a gem and well worth buying.
