I have been using this for the past 1 year, and I have no complaints, still smooth and looks premium and rich 100% recommended

Good Build Quality/Smooth functioning
Product is good build quality and smooth working, delivered on time by bluedart. However product had no description about being made in germany/or german company whatsoever which was mentioned by seller. Box/Package had no product details, manufacturing details, country of origin. Product had leaflet/manual/brochure in english/Chinese, so this is apparently made in china.

I used this product to create a small office corner in my living room. The owner reached out personally and made sure i was kept informed of the timelines and dispatch of the goods. He was also very helpful during the installation of the cabinet.

Absolute value for money.
Finally got this shutter installed today. The carpenter was able to follow the installation video very easily. Its early days, but so far the functioning has been smooth. I absolutely did NOT want a door in this space so this shutter made my day. Would def recommend.

Great seller and product. You must go for it.
The service provided by seller was the plus point, he was very patient. When I ordered the product, he personally called me to confirm the dimensions, through out the product installation he kept in touch with me. First time when the product was delivered it had issues, he helped us with his technician in resolving it but was not fixed. Finally we went for replacement and got new product which worked like a charm. Seems some manufacturing defect in the first order and he told me I was first exception customer who had issues. Overall I was highly impressed by the seller services and approach.
