I purchased this because it has both cholella and spirulina- I was reading an article on how a lot of spirulina is contaminated and you can never tell- I like this product I am taking 2 pills a day rather than the recommended 4 to 8 - next time I think I will try liquid cholella to compare due to my fear of taking anything contaminated- overall I like this product and might repurchase..
