Out of the hundreds of, if not more, one of the the best stories I have ever read. Yes the is blood and horror. Yet it's not there just to be there and gross you out. This story has a mystery behind all this. I can safely say this book caught me completely off guard. Just not expecting a comic/Manga to have such a complex story. I would recommend this book and I will read the light novels which this book was based on. Plus, the sequel "Another s/O". Another book that is a very rough book to read is " Metamorphosis " by Shindo L. Warning this is high explicit, yet if you read the story of this young girl named Saki I want you to remember this gets very dark and Emotional. Read up on first. This book broke my heart for a month. I felt so sorry for the character, yet I know this type of story does happen in real life. This book is very much a cautionary tale. Review: An essential read for anyone who loves a good manga! - I must say that this book exceeded my expectations. The back cover was good enough to have me intrigued, but after a few chapters in, I could not put it down [more or less, I technically stopped so i could enjoy some suspense]. Anyway, I would recommend this story even to people who are not normal fans of the horror genre. I myself normally do not like horror stories, either because they are too boring/predictable, or way too gory and over the top. This story is neither, but keeps the reader in beautiful suspense, leading the reader to chase after a few leads. I particularly enjoyed the use of suspense. It kept the feel of the story real and believable [as much as can be real as we suspend some disbelief] The characters are fun and likable, allowing for the reader to truly invest in their well being. If that isn't enough reason to pick up the book, we can also add that the artwork is absolutely amazing. Another should be on the shelf of anyone who loves manga!

Sublime psychological thriller
Even after seeing the anime, I wasn't prepared for this masterpiece. Not only did it tell the story the anime made me fall in love with, but it had so many extra details the anime left out, really helping flesh out the characters more. I'm certain th original novel ha even more of this, but it I still great to get this extra bits of information. Apart from the story, the art style of this manga is, quite simply put, gorgeous. It really drew me into th story even more, making me feel a bit more of the impending sense of dread that the students of Class 3-3 felt as the story moved forward. In the end, with the combination of the fantastic story, gorgeous art style, and the cheap price, I would wholeheartedly recommend this manga to any lover of psychological thrillers, psychological horror, or mystery stories.

Story: 5 stars Print Quality: 4 stars Some of the pages and font color is too dark, making it hard to read at times, but the artwork is beautiful, and the story is wonderfully told.

Arrived Well
I'm so excited to read this book, bought it because of the size! I wanted this because I couldn't find it in stores until I found out it's in novel and walked past it like 10 times in a row. I wanted the manga mostly. Came in very good condition. Very minor/micro scratches. Not much of a big deal that would make me upset. They're so little, I could hardly care. Generally, every book worsens when you use it under your care. Exactly what I expected from a manga. Updating my review after I'm done reading. 👍

Beautiful art, great story!
As a squeamish horror fan, it's hard to find stories in this genre that aren't lame but also not super gory. I was worried that this would be gory given the theme, but the (many) death scenes in the book didn't bother me at all. They weren't drawn in an overly-explicit way. The artist really made sure that the story was in the spotlight, not the violence. It was 95% cerebral, 5% violence. The plot is complex, so you should take your time reading. No skimming just because you think a scene isn't important- it is! Take in all the details or you'll be confused. There are a few color pages as well, so that was great! I really, really enjoyed it. 5 stars!

The book collects all the volumes of the series in this one large edition of about 750 pages. The story is good and creepy, the artwork is impressive also. The only negative is the questionable translation at certain points, though this isn't enough to put a buyer off. The size of the book's pages are about 1/3 larger than individually collected manga Pros - Good story - Good art - Atmospheric - Entire series in one book - Good price Cons - An odd translation here and there which leaves the reader trying to figure out what was meant Highly recommended for J-Horror fans Fans should also check out the anime that was based on this manga, though ignore the Japanese live action movie adaption.

Amazing omnibus which includes all four volumes of the manga Another. I really like how they have bonus art after each volume ends so it's split up into different sections.I watched the anime and I thought it was good and saw this omnibus at a cheap price so I decided to pick it up to add to my collection. It was well worth it and I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking on buying it.

Buena compra.

Bought it as a new edition while it was discounted by the state of how it arrived it's clear this is not a new book. Spine and cover have multiple scratches, as well as multiple signatures that feel like they might fall from the tome

I thought I was ordering the Light Novel, but then when I got it, I discovered with surprise that it was the manga in fact ! But even so, I really enjoyed the art and liked the story. Totally worth it, I'd recommand it to anybody who likes "almost horror" stories.
