Loved these jellies but after a couple of weeks they liquidise and stick together. I switched to another brand of more solid gummies. I have found since taking a collagen supplement that my nails have grown much more strongly.

Started these a week ago 😊easy to chew & swallow ,lovely sweet and fruity taste 😃🍑 I've started off with just one gummie to see if they agree with me ,tummy wise !Had no problems at all just started taking two -this morning actually ,will edit review let you know how it goes but really pleased so far .Taking these for a painful knee -wear & tear ,within alost a week pain is a virtually gone !I wanted type 1 collagen as it's fish origin and gummies as it's a nice treat 😅 Also the skin on the back of my hands has plumped out a bit already ✌💖 I'm also taking glucosamine hydrochloride supplement .Check with medical experts /research before taking any supplements- take care of you 😊 xxx

99mg for every 2 gummies when other marine collagen gummies are 1000mg. I would need to take 20 of these a day to get any benefit but it recommends up to 4 a day. Wish I hadn't bought them.
