Dirt Devil Endura Lite Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner for Carpet and Hard Floor, Powerful, Lightweight, Corded Vacuum Cleaners for Home Use

I've had this Dirt Devil Uprite and have used it numerous times without any issues what so ever. It's easy to use and to empty the canister. The cord is a nice length and I really like all the attachments that are included. This vacuum sweeper picks up the stuff you can't see and gives you that feeling of "now it's clean" when your finished. It looks nice, smaller than a regular size and does and gets the job done. With the automatic floor height not a problem to go from laminate floor to carpet. And easy to use built in hose and attachments makes it easy to get under or in corners or for your base board dust and dirt built ups. You can do your window blinds too to remove the built up dust. No bags, long cord, strong motor and vacuum with it's low cost and quality, this sweeper should last a long time. I like mine and I recommend it for your consideration. I like it. Perfect for smaller homes, or a house w/ little to no carpet. An added benefit, it can be used on carpet and hard. And I have, both. Mainly hard floors, couple of rooms w/ carpet. Performed flawlessly. Easy to assemble. Dirt devil red. Emptying and cleaning the machine is just as easy. Make sure to follow the directions. Lightweight and durable. Easy to carry. Powerful suction for a smaller vacuum. Gets low. Low. Under dressers, desks, etc w/ no problems. Very happy and worthwhile.

I have used several upright vacuums over the years, and this one stands out for how easy it is to maneuver without sacrificing suction power. Assembly was straightforward and only took a few minutes, with clear connections that snapped firmly into place without needing tools. The overall design is simple and practical, with a slim profile that makes it easy to store and a handle that feels comfortable during longer cleaning sessions. Despite being lightweight, it does not feel flimsy or unstable, and the body has a sturdy construction that holds up well when moving across different floor types. On low and medium pile carpet it pulled up a surprising amount of dust and pet hair, even after I had recently vacuumed with another machine. It also transitioned well onto hard floors without scattering debris, though I found that moving a bit slower helped it pick up finer particles more effectively. The dirt cup is simple to empty and large enough that I do not have to stop frequently during a full house clean. The cord length works well for average sized rooms, though I still need to change outlets in larger spaces. Overall, it delivers reliable cleaning performance with a thoughtful design that feels durable enough for regular home use.

Great value vacuum for the money and it worked great! I was sick of buying overpriced vacuums that promised to pick up cat hair and litter specifically and then they didn't. The Dirt Devil picks it all up! If this one dies from use, I'll just order another one! Thank you.

If you want a budget-friendly, lightweight vacuum that tackles daily dirt and keeps upkeep simple, the Endura Lite is a solid choice. It won’t compete with pricey uprights or premium multi-surface machines, but for everyday living and quick cleanups, it punches above its price class!

I do not recommend this vacuum. Here is why: #1: The screw that attaches the top and bottom was in a tiny plastic bag which was scotch-taped to the larger plastic bag with the parts. I almost threw the larger bag out until I discovered (while troubleshooting problem #2) that the the handle needs to be attached to the bottom of the machine with a screw. So after discovering the tiny bag with the screw, I attempted to screw the screw in. Problem #2: In order for the screw to go through the two holes on the handle and the machines body, the holes must be aligned (not in the instructions). the top and bottom holes so that the hole the screw goes through can go through. Only the screw I received was not the correct screw. I have never screwed so long and hard in my life. I called Dirt Devil and they refused to send me a new screw without me sending them a video of the screw and my email which was a P.I.T.A. and would have taken weeks. This is not a good product and not a good company.

Instructions are subpar though it’s a vacuum so not rocket science. However, no explanation regarding the hose as it has dual components. Who ever created this does not clean at all. Extremely horrible decision approving this design to be built! Though suction works great, on hardwood floors it’s slightly below others. The brush isn’t the best when used on a couch or stairs, but carpet and rugs it works great. To change levels is a slight challenge as it feels like you may break the dial when moving it. The hose - well, could’ve done way better. This is where it came to the 3/5 stars. You connect the bottom portion of hose on the right back side just below the handle and top of it at the bottom of vacuum to vacuum as normal. Ow, if you want to use the wand, which is the handle like normal vacuums, here’s the kicker, you have to release the hose from the bottom secured spot to the top of the wand behind the handle. Yes, you read that correctly….you cannot vacuum as normal then automatically release the handle to then go directly into using the wand for corners, under tables, or higher places like vents. Absolutely the most inconvenient and ridiculous design I have ever scene. If you can live with the oddities then get it; otherwise, move to the next option.

Purchased this for a rental property I own. My property manager requested a good vacuum as the house is high traffic. She wrote me back saying the new vacuum was fantastic and is working amazingly well. Given that 5 people live in the house, I think that’s a good sign.

Not at all impressed. I expected that items I buy from Amazon UK will be 220 or 240 voltage. When I unpacked the vacuum cleaner my alarms bells rang when I saw it had a factory fitted US plug. The cleaner, box and instructions did not indicate what the voltage was, and when I checked my online order I noted the voltage is 110 - and since the warranty does not cover commercial use (ie using with a transformer) then the cleaner is useless in Europe or the Middle East.

I bought this after my heavy duty hoover vacuum kept having problems. This vaccuum is tiny! It's great for me as a small woman but someone taller than 5'5" might find it a bit too short (and this can cause back pain when using it!). It does NOT have adjustable settings for carpet, shag, bare floor, etc. It does good on shag carpets as long as you move fast and don't let it get stuck. It got stuck in my shag carpet once and the belt came off but did not break - it was an easy fix. I have 2 long hair cats,vaccuum 2x weekly and it's still doing a great job several months later. I love that it is so light, makes vacuuming stairs easy.
