I bought these to repair a CPU socket I damaged when reapplying thermal compound to an older computer. I bent several pins going against the grain with a cotton bud in an attempt to remove old excess compound that managed to get embedded into the socket. I learned the hard way that a cotton bud was not the right tool for the job, one should use a soft bristled tooth brush and isopropyl alcohol instead. However, these tweezers are the right tools to unfarkle my screw-up. I was able to find just the right size and shape in this set to grab the bent pins and persuade them back into alignment without too much trouble. The old thing fired right up after some trial and error pin repositioning. This was a worthwhile purchase.

Even when it’s tightly closed, one of the tweezers tends to slip out, which can be annoying if you're carrying it in a tool bag or storage box. Additionally, the tweezers are small and require careful handling—some people may find them slightly hard to grip, especially during longer sessions. But honestly, you wouldn’t want these to be too large for precision work, so this is mostly a matter of personal preference. For the price, this set is an excellent starter pack or an extra set to keep around for delicate work. If you’re looking for extremely high-end quality or heavy-duty use, you might need to invest in a more premium option. However, for casual or moderate use, this set offers great value with a broad range of functionality.

These work great but they are pointy so be careful, easy to get stabbed of you have them loose in a drawer, definitely keep them in their case.

I bought this to fix my handy cam Corder which has many tiny screws. They were very helpful when trying to place and pick out screws. The pry tool was an added bonus, some parts need help coming apart and it didn't damage them. Great seller too.
