Wonderful quality at a reasonable price
It arrived in perfect condition. The craftsmanship is 1st rate. Finish, fretwork pickup all are excellent. It plays great without and setup work. The overall tone is well balanced, not as dark as a typical Dreadnought body but not overly bright. The electronics perform perfectly. For this price it's a definite winner. I own a Martin D18 and a Taylor 814CE. Of course they are better but cost 10 times more than this. My son enjoyed it.

Under 200.00 ! What!?
Great guitar for under 200.00, with a careful quality bone nut, bridge saddle, and tuning machines these little guitars show off in the company of way more expensive instruments.

Just try it
I've been playing for 20+ years and bought this for my son to take to school for guitar class. Was gonna go with a Yamaha but after reading the reviews for both brands I decided to go with this guitar and I'm glad I did. Was packaged perfectly, as for the guitar not to receive damage during shipment. The string height was perfect right out of the box, just tune and play. And with it's solid top and quality construction it sounds just as good as it plays. Tuners work fine and hold tune, intonation was great and I was just really surprised and impressed on the amount of quality you get for the money. I highly suggest this for a beginner or even a beat around, camp guitar for anyone regardless of experience. Sigma is a great brand and you won't be disappointed.

Pretty Good
Pretty good neck with polished frets, low action and plenty of saddle height. Sounded better when I changed the strings.

Very nice all around Guitar at a fantastic price!
Very Nice Guitar for under $200. Great fit and finish, and a good sound as well. The action is great, very low . I thought I would have to do a setup, but not at all necessary!! AAA+++ Great for knocking around!!!

Beyond expectations
I ordered this at a discount since the box was damaged. the guitar inside was in perfect condition. I could not find a scratch on it or anything wrong with it. The box is very heavy and kept the guitar safe despite the external damage. The guitar itself only required some tension on the truss rod to achieve a perfect low action. The guitar has a nice rich sound low E thru high E and is very clear and articulate. The tuners are very good and it stays in tune. Fit and finish is excellent in my opinion. In conclusion. the quality of the materials, the excellent fit and finish, the attention to detail, the Martin inspired design. All of this makes this guitar an outstanding value. A great choice for your first guitar or as addition to your collection.

Beginners do not buy, guitar was used.
Beginners do not buy, guitar was used had a few places on it, usually you get a allen wrench to adjust the truss rod, it wasn't in it. Plastic was already pulled off pick guard, and when you tried to tune it, the strings was laying on the neck after you brought it up to tune, I work on guitars, I bought two of these from other places, only good thing about the guitars the sound but you can't play it unless you know how to go, and file down the nut, the truss Rod was so tight that it pulled the neck backwards, look like teenagers put it together, I really don't believe this is a real Sigma guitar, after you take it apart and put it back together and does have a good sound that's the reason I give it one star, I'm going to stop now I'm tired of writing a book, this place is going on my crap list, not to never buy again, when I buy from someone that ain't no good, I don't go back for seconds. I About messed up and bought two of them.

A sitar or a guitar?
A beautiful, almost unplayable guitar. Had fret leveling issues on both the original guitar and its replacement. Adjusting the truss rod had no effect. If you're into the sitar and Ravi Shankar, you'll love this guitar! Buyer beware.
