I used these for my sinuses. Just be careful. The smoke is VERY STRONG. It will bring tears to your eyes.

They won't stay lit or some will not even catch at all. I used most of one sleeve so far and have only had two smolder for probably 5 mins max. Leaving the majority of the puck untouched, relighting does not result in better results.
