Great Value Great Customer Service
DCdirect has the best Customer service and WILL stand behind their products. I have had this product for some time without notice, the mice stopped working. I replaced the battery, never dropped, nor exposed to moisture. Used for simple office tasks. And I am not a gamer! DCdirect, without hesitation, promptly replaced the mouse. Please note: The keyboard still works like day 1! Thank you, DCdirect. You have a loyal customer who will recommend you as a SELLER!

It’s ok. Stopped working after 5 weeks.
It’s very cute, think it looked good on my small desk. But unfortunately the letters were already rubbing off after 5 weeks of use. On top of that, keyboard stopped working and only types funky words when trying to type.

went through two in less than three months, both broke
I got the keyboard and mouse, and within a month had skipped letters, delays, mouse irregular and then it stopped working. so i contacted the seller and they were kind and sent out a new unit. a month later, same thing, skips, delays, non responsiveness. just a poor quality item. spent the money and bought a real apple set up.

USB dongle no longer works shortly after purchase
Pros - compact size, usb-c charging , quiet typing Cons - usb dongle for wireless died around 45 days , can only use Bluetooth connection. Tested on multiple computers to confirm Mouse scroll wheel sluggish

It’s a just ok thing. The quality of the keyboard is just ok , not great! The color looks ok.

Tilde(~) and Single Quote (`) prints different characters for me, just want to provide info here for future buyers.

Very bad quality, need to press hard for most of the keys. Mouse too is not responsive. Do not recommend even for temporary purposes.

Stops working after a month, charging also doesn't last long, each 20 days we need to change the battery. Worst product, no service/warranty as well.
