this brand swears to be healthy !
I found them to be good looking and just enough for what I need. the pot seem a little smaller the I expected but the is opinion only the Quality seems to be good-I will let you know how they heat up The thickness and heaviness seems to be right on the money as advertised The color is pretty and the value will show upon use. this type of product is very personal- a cook has different preferences then others do They stack well and the packaging was extremely well done! The copper in the pots say they will evenly heat we will soon see during my holidays I bought these pots due to the highly recommended NON chemical and poison coating they do NOT dip them in!! Remember what you cook with also bleeds into the foods you eat so this brand swears to be SAFE for healthy eating

Solid Quality
I needed a pan that was in between our large and small. I became pretty frustrated reading reviews because nothing under the cost of an arm and a leg seemed to please enough people. I took a chance on this and hoped the good reviewers were being honest. I am very pleased with this pan. It is heavy duty and holds and distributes the heat quite well. The handle stays cool and is solidly attached. The lid fits well and everything cleans up easily with a scrubber or steal wool. The only thing to be aware of is that it is top heavy. Given the narrow base you do have to be careful. But, I won't fault the pan for that. It should be obvious and if you have a problem with that, don't buy the pan. I think this pan is a great deal.

Its WONDERFUL!!!
I've had these 2 pans for only 3 weeks now and have used each pan about 3-4 times each week. They still look exactly like the pics on and Amazon website, beautiful, sparkling, new and shiny (thats why I did not include a pic). They cook beautifully and nothing seems to stick to them. I preheat them on medium heat before adding items I want to saute' (onions, other veggies, meats, etc.) and if it does stick slightly, when de-glazing the pan w/ liquid (water, broth, wine) the wonderfully tasteful bits that stuck come right off and flavor the dish I am preparing. My only negative is: I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THESE YEARS AGO !!! (if they had only been available back then!). DON'T WAIT! REPLACE YOUR OLD NON-STICK PANS WITH THESE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I have had a new gas cooktop installed (replacing very old gas cooktop) which is an upgrade, similar to a professional gas range. This was done just a few weeks before getting these new Analon pans. The new cooktop has 5 burners one of which is a giant very hot burner, one large burner, 2 medium burners and one very small burner. All of these burners cook hotter than my generic sized OLD cooktop so the learning curve of this new cooktop with my old cookware was taking some time. When these new Analon pans came I was afraid that the combined learning curve of both the new pans and the new cooktop would be more than double the difficulty in time needed to be able to cook w/o burning meals. NOT SO!!! THESE NEW PANS HAVE MADE THE TRANSITION TO MY NEW COOKTOP A WALK IN THE PARK!!! THANKS ANALON AND THANKS AMAZON! LOVE THESE PANS!!!

Nice Pan
I bought the 10 piece Analon stainless induction-compatible cookware set, so naturally I chose this one as I needed a 12" skillet and it matches the 10-piece set perfectly. The only oddity is that the sides of all the pans included in the 10-piece will attract a magnet. On this one, a magnet will only stick to the bottom, the sides are not magnetic. The manual for my range says that a magnetic bottom and sides are preferred. I'm not sure if that's indicative of cheaper materials used in this pan or what. It's a fine pan, good amount of heft to it. Seems to cook evenly enough on my induction range, no complaints there. The only qualm I have is that the "rim" / top of the pan is very thin, enough that I can deform it just by putting pressure on it. Feels very cheap in that area. I'm quite confident that if you're careless handling this, smack a cast iron pan into it or something, you'll have a dented pan very easily. This is a characteristic shared with the other pans in my 10 piece set, they're also much too thin at the top. At this price, I think a little extra stiffness in that area isn't asking too much. Otherwise the pan is quite heavy and built well, solid handle. Looks great out of the box, but like any stainless pan, it loses it's luster quickly unless you spend a great deal of time polishing it. I get my jollies reading all the reviews from folks complaining about food sticking and that the finish of their pan is no longer pristine after weeks of using it. Food will stick to any uncoated metal pan, get over it, or change your technique. As for looks-- It's a metal pan for cooking. If you want a showpiece, hang it on your wall and don't use it! Like any uncoated metal pan, when heated it has the potential to discolor, stain and overall lose its brilliance. The copper and stainless dull noticeably after only a couple uses, but I completely expected this. No stars taken away for a cooking pan behaving like a cooking pan and not some fine jewelry. I basically had three criteria for pans -- durable & built well, looks decent, and cooks well with induction. But I needed that at a price that didn't require remortgaging the house. I saw some reviewers complain about the pans (both this and the 10-peice set) being too heavy, that's what made me try these. Heavy = GOOD! This pan hits all the marks pretty well. If the top of the pan were not so thin, this would be the pan to beat. If I had to do it over again, I might pass on this and try to find something a little sturdier at the top. You really do have to be careful stacking these pans, as I imagine it would be easy to damage one if you accidently smacked one into another. That's really the only complaint I have.

This pan is for life. It has a thick bottom making it the best pan I own. Great for fry/sauté and deglazing. It cleans fairly easy. The lid is a bit peaked so there’s lots of room. It is quite heavy so it’s a bit of a challenge to lift and pour with one hand.

Just right size. I needed it as a second pot in the oven for baking two loafs of bread at the same time. I wanted steel not cast iron to have more versatile pot for my kitchen. My other one, cast iron is not something I use on my induction stove. Too heavy...... I know I hat I’ll love this one!
