Big sized grinder gets the job done.
I wanted a grinder for cannabis so and this product grinds well, stems and all. It was way bigger than I thought. Works well: Fast, effective and easy to get all of the herbs out. Ease of cleaning: I used to brush in the package to get the corners and it works well. Noise level: Depending what you put in there it may be louder but my autistic kid didn't flench and they hate loud noises.

Basically a Repurposed Coffee Grinder
This is basically a coffee grinder with the added suggestion that it can be used to grind spices and herbs, as well. I purchased it for the latter purpose, and it worked pretty well. Just wipe it clean and plug it in, but be sure to put the inner lid on the container, or the ground contents will spill out when you lift the outer lid. That inner lid, however, keeps the ground coffee or herbs (which tend to be wet) from sticking to the inside of the outer lid. Like in most coffee grinders, small, hard items will tend to bounce around rather than grind to dust. If you want the little spice grinder, what you should look for is a spice mill grinder. I thought I was ordering something smaller, but I think it's about time to retire my 20-year old grinder, anyway. This is a perfectly good grinder for coffee or herbs and is worth the money.

Easy to use, clean, and store
Very easy to use and good for arthritis patients. It will finely ground your item while leaving large pieces relatively untouched, so dont run it too long before you sift things around a bit. Or empty it out and put the large bits back in. Its easy to clean out and portable and light weight.

Seed Destroyer
This thing is awesome, I use it to grind up pumpkin seeds mainly. Cleaning spinach out of it was a chore, won't be trying that again. Seeds, nuts, things without moisture seem like good choices. Tried egg shells once, not a good smell. Maybe something better to grind those up. It did work, but that too was a chore to clean-deodorize and it wasn't perfectly powder. It isn't particularly quiet, but pulverizes everything in like 5-20+ seconds anyway.

It's not cordless - abort mission!
Well the first thing I noticed was that it was pretty big (travel mug). I was intially surprised that the blade wouldn't spin at all, right out of the box, then discovered that this is a PLUG-IN (120V) ONLY grinder! At first I just SMH thinking I had missed it in the ad, but after ad review, it actually never shows the unit plugged-in, nor does it mention how it is powered....tricky, tricky.......SMH! So this is NOT a small portable grinder, but a bigger powerful, plug-in grinder that will grind any dry matter to any consistency that you put into it! The bowl is not removable, neither are the blades, so clean-up could be a challenge, as it (notes) should also not be placed/washed with water or even "very wet rag"! Be sure to use inner-lid when using or you will have a mess inside outer-lid! Good times. Obviously, not exactly what I was looking for, but it does what it says if (large-scale) dry material grinding on a countertop environment is what you are looking to do. Enjoy. ~B

I’ve had this for some time now, quite sturdy. It’s served and still serving the purpose for which I bought it and as such it’s good value for money. It is easy to use and the noise level is not overbearing. I mainly use it to bring chai seeds and flaxseeds but f it could deliver the desired results I wanted. However, I don’t think it’ll alter the flavour of the coffee flavour for coffee lovers 😊

Works really well - don't hold down for too long when grinding herbs otherwise it ends up a powdered mess. Otherwise, simple to use, easy to store and perfect for the herbal grind.

Nice product easy to use , very strong and powerful metal blades, not a big unit but a very compact appliance, suits my needs perfectly, only thing I would suggest is maybe have the option for a USB cable charger as well as a wall cord . By no means is this an issue I'm just making a suggestion. Tony from Gledswood Hills NSW.
